@Roger65, there are ways around raising funds without voting, and exceeding any allotment limitations. They withdrew those types of resolutions previously and then diluted the LTH to almost extinction using the Jersey cash box...

So no review of accounts....maybe

Loss for year – US$11m

o Impairments – US$5.6m ( could that be licences)

o Exchange movements - US$2.3m ( massive amount lost through exchange rates)

o G&A – 5% increase over prior year (No value given ?, 5% increase in costs that don't contribute to revenue, like majito's)

Just to confuse the issue losses for year up to June 30th 2024, then give raises to Aug 2024 and no cash balance for June 30th...

Can we assume the loss was $11m at June 30th including Junes raise, so cash =Aug $8.2m less Blue star costs and G&A.... ?

Current funding round to enable further processing of the 4 salts in the UK( develop the capability in the Uk) ??? vague statement..

UK Gov site says if any country involved classes the product as waste then that is what applies to the shipment. So shipping from UK means it's classified as a waste product. So seems suspect that is the excuse for India as that would have been the case from the start

Guy says grades are improving along with processing, which makes you think its under their control but then states the grade depends on the material received.. so they can't control the grades unless they can classify what is received and get the quantities to produce 100 tonnes batches of each grade.. I suspect they don't yet have the quantities to do so.
