Windows you may be thinking of this wrong. You only have a loss if you sell. Maybe think of it as last year you invested 100k in a high interest savings account, that should pay your a return of 4or 5% dividend/divided by purchase price. Where else are you going to get that return? Also a surge in oil price is likely in the next 9 months so BP and the likes will rise in value perhaps considerably. Good luck

27p would be nice to see, indeed the market if forward looking should see the covid situation rapidly recovering, would be nice to see more business rate relief in the next budget. Maybe that's a better way support tenants than eat out to help out.... They might even recover some back rent one day or use that as leverage to maintain tenants or keep favorable rents

Where I live in Scotland although in tier 4, the rates of infection are now the same as before Christmas when we were in tier 1. So things getting better. Death rates overall still high but guess they'll start trending down soon following all the other data
