If success and the SP is higher than 1p then you do Mind a placing. Success demands more investment. While it’s raining and roads getting dry Bods are being paid. Maybe we ask them for a weekly timesheet. As I’m sure we can save cost on the daily rates. They surely do not work 30 days nor are they employees of the company. Agree with you wolf. The Arkoma due diligence looks bad is well. I believe even the initial $1 million we paid for 10% should have been renegotiated as it clearly has not been anywhere near expectations. In fact for the remainder of 17% we should not have paid anything plus we contributed to the ESPS. It seems like we have been funding these companies somehow as we are the listed company and they are all private companies. I do sometime smell a rat here with these alliances. Black stone, Inland and now Baja. Welch is the only one we bought. The GEM 100k at minimum we need the accounts updated to see where that is being spent. Or is that another loan to GEM to pay for JB time as exec!? All of it should be in his pocket by now? It’s crazy how they are getting away with all this withou the FCA looking into AIM companies.

Vginrs - Welch is 100% unless they update us they are producing approx 50 bopd. Strawn 50% t hinm. They produce around 6-8 bopd per day so msmn is 4 bops. Arkoma is 27% from memory its only producing around 80 bopd msmn = 21.6 so far approx 75 bopd. Stanley 1 expecting 150 bopd but have around 150 boepd and from last update it was 12% oil. So about 18 bopd of oil so that equates to 93 bopd minus operations cost, royalties etc looking at it today that does not sound bad. I need to verify by re-reading RNSs. Oil price has gone down to $52.5 so total turnover is around 145k minus all the costs. Maybe the reason for the stanley 2 is due to these falling prices. But at 300 bopd expected that will be good for Msmn and get it to over 100 bopd. We need the oil to sustain at these prices and go towards 60. The other key is the early 2019 Santos drill for Gas and Helium prospect in Amadeus basin. That is the game changer if it strikes as we are adjacent to it with the similar seismics. I hold just over 3 million shares at over 1p. A lot money invested made a mistake too much empty promises. First 3 months are crucial for msmn otherwise its over I belive. I'm. Fully Agree Nice for once I want a solid RNS and not drip fed news. The sentiment has to shift from January onwards. Central petroleum with there partner Santos drilling the Amadeus basin is key news. They drill and get 70% of siccessful our piece will be more expensive but they could look into partnering with us to get a big piece at an early stage.. no doubt they will be aware of MSMN.

On 31st December at 23:59:59 I guess it will be in Jan now. I do not see the rig operator drilling during the Xmas period and new year.. anyone know what the weather is like down there. Plus not seen a date for the Santos / Central Petroleum’s drill in Northern Territory of the Amadeus basin in the q1 that will be a big drill to watch out for.. any success there and being opposite of them.. Santos could farm-in / jv in our stake. They have healthy cash balance and definitely a preferred partner. Plenty of experience in Aus. All depends how they see MSMN. Not in the best of positions yet. We do not have solid income to sustain/ maintain ourselves yet. I’m sure we will get an RNS tomorrow as AGM approval passed and JB re-elected with a couple of votes. Mc the Stanley 2 drill is deeper than Stanley 1. They found a further yeghua zone that could produce better and higher rates as it’s deeper. Our spud as you say should be soon. We could get an RNS on the AGM day on Thursday and hopefully an update? As U.K. shareholders we need to have conf call on Thursday and should have the opportunity to ask questions ?

This drill I believe will be delayed again by the looks of it.. as the rig crew no doubt will start to go home next week for the Xmas break. We will get an RNS next Thursday that all resolutions passed rig crew gone home and Stanley 2 will be drilled early Jan with a view to complete by end of Jan. That’s my bet in the meantime weather has temporarily shut down Welch for a couple of days. So we may not reach our 50 bopd. Arkoma we are still optimizing our $450 k ESPS for the last 6 months they just do not work. It was a crap deal 10% initial was $1 million they should have contract clauses.

AGM on the 20th December in Australia. One of the votes is for re-election of John W Barr. I’m actually tempted to vote against his re-election. Absolutely no value has been created for shareholders. Recent placing was a complete shambles. Price walked down and shares forward sold walking this down from 0.6 region to 0.25 region now. The price was not even the volume weighted average of the past 5 days. It was significantly lower. Why do that to your own company. We were held hostage really. Every month of no activity we are paying wages on many fronts. With the amount of money lost over time for the last 7 years it’s rediculous. We got 3 drills now that are funded. What do you guys think we should all do. If we vote him out who comes in??

Either way let’s hope we get close to the stated amount this time. They have set themselves a challenging target of 300 bopd. I mean why do that. Why not understate it abs say 150 bopd with a view to over delivering.. a figure of 300 bopd is too high based on Stanley well which has not delivered on the 150 bopd but had delivered more than 200 boped etc. in total our main target milestone is getting to 100 bopd and Maintaining that and then we continue to reinvest that to further operations. Agree fully sweaty at the moment they have under delivered on all assests. They set the expectations higher and did not meet them. Arkoma was drummed up last year we did pay a lot for the initial stake 10% was like $1 million and then subsequent stakes did cost money and deal was revisited as what was drummed up was not delivered by inland. From the 4 assests we need to be producing 100 bopd plus to sustain MSMN running costs.. risk is there all the time but 1.59 million mcap of way to low. Our Welch assests are worth $2 million, bought for $350k alone plus 3 assets. Arkoma worth $2 million once Stanley 2-3 driller Then we need a reserve report on that is well. We should receive production numbers for Nov next week hopefully for all assests.

It reports back on the month we had littte or no income. The next year h1 report will be interesting to read.
