Welch alone if we sold it today is worth $4 million which is more than the mcap currently. The alliance will is the opportunity and the potential your investing in. If that potential was realized already this sp would be either side of this. Potential here is we could drill more wells with Baja. Rather than spending 200 k plus on 6% on Arkomq we can get 2 more drills with Baja. It open the opportunity and that’s what MSMN are doing. Or maybe you do not see that as always.

It’s up to inland to produce good flow rates from the 2 new ESPS and one existing one. Why would the BOD commit to over $230 k without a full months flow rates. They have said it’s encouraging but they need constant flow. I’m glad they did not commit more money just to please short termers here. We have the drill bit going plus the Welch rates should be good. They make more economic sense to then buying a further 6% at Arkoma. More cheap shares for investors this will only go up now.

The drill is not the main news I’m waiting for but it’s a news that causes anticipation success of this could open more opportunities with less risk involved. It will give credit to the Alliance. July sustained figures. 3 wells at Welch have been repaired in additionally to the wells already produced. All these numbers/ figures will unlock a paid for drill in October for Welch. Sp angel gave a price of 1.63 end of May. Since then we have moved on.. 4p is not unrealistic at all with the amount of news coming with in the next couple of weeks. Everyone knows AIM is driven on speculation/ news. Companies producing nothing are valued way higher. The press release will certainly grab some more attention as people will speculate on this stock.

Since June they have had ESPS installed and repaired wells at Welch.. they do not continually run year round. Everything needs servicing. End of June/ early July they had bad weather but since then the whole of July they have 2 ESPS they installed plus one existing already producing from the multiple stack pay. We will get updates on Welch and Arkoma around the 1st week of August they need sustained numbers. But from the media conversation AC has said strong to Welch and significant increase in Arkoma that they had to upgrade facilities to facilitate the extra oil and water. We seem to be round the corner now. If there was Profit at $40 then I’m sure there is greater profit around $70.

Clearly Welch wells need work-over/ maintenance every 6-9 months plus now they have 3 additional wells from beginning of July. The main work has been done in May/ June for Arkoma and Welch the fruits of them will be realized in July onwards. Arkoma decision will be beginning of August AC gave indications in the interview of both Assests of how they are performing with Rod Repair and ESPs.
