After the gas depletes the bopd rate will be the most interesting thing to watch out for. 150 bopd is predicted with Stanley 2- yeghua zone predicted at 300 as it’s deeper. Once these number come in together with other assests we should be over 100 bopd with higher oil prices it should be interesting. By end of November we should be in a good position.

Lets all be patient and just wait until the end of the month. And begin of Nov. all will be revealed. In the end the market will decide no matter how good the numbers look. The BoD have clearly mentioned that there will be no placing.. they made a good decision on Arkoma and did not process with the option. Instead using that money on Stanley-2. Other partners have until 18/19th Octover to take part in the drill or MSMN and Baja will increase there stakes. The fact that BoD have indicated all this is funded the market clearly is not responding as there is not short term placing. Oil price I can tell today that my local shell has been the highest in couple of years £1.37. We just need some good figures from all assests by the end of the month with Stanley -2 starting is well soon. Welch is put on the side for now purely because the horizontal drill is expensive to drill. Yehgua zone at Stanley-2 looks more promising.

With his statement we have sold oil and gas so that is extra income until the upgrades start to take effect this could be higher in couple of week and by that time Stanley 2 will start. Regardless of what the owners will say Baja and MSMN will fund the gaps and increase stakes. I would not be surprised if we started to drill mid october. All moving in the right direction more bopd.

MSMN are also providing Technical Services Agreement to Baja is well as stated by the RNS. AC and JB with the Ex BHP manager can provide advice to Baja. From my understanding they have 50% interest in all existing projects from 1st September. Everything produced before is for 16.5% of Stanley 1, From 1st it’s 50%. They are also providing Technical Services to Baja (Agreement) from the 1st of September hence its ups the percentage as payment to MSMN. 60% on the champion project, They do not have 50% of challenger because Baja themselves do not own 100% hence 16%. Going-forward we need to understand what is 50% of Stanley well when gas volumes decrease and oil production increases anything what the predicted of total 150bopd or 230 boepd will add to our existing production numbers. It seems like from today’s there is more to come from MSMN. I’m hoping Welch is averaging more than 50 bopd. It’s still our star performer. How much does a horizontal drill cost?

At 1.65 went to 7p until the unannounced major did not struck the final deal and walked away I believe. There MCAP at this time is over 25 million.. no income whatsoever over the last 8 years.. sentiment here clearly needs to change and we new blood of investors. We can not afford to print more shares. I’m hoping that since begin July from all production that we are at minimum covering our expenses to run the company. Get the Yehgua zone drilled if it produces as expected then we should be at 100 bopd mark and with that should come a sizable loan from a bank which should unlock Welch as they did say they could drill one in October. The BoD need to create some momentum under promise and over deliver. We are struggling to maintain 0.55-0.6 level when we should be over a penny at minimum.

Turn up we do not tick up as much. 2.27 million is now our mcap. Including all 4 assests, 50 bopd for Welch, Strawn 6, 23.49 for Arkoma, 5 bopd for Stanley we are hitting around 80-85 bopd mark. Arkoma should produce more producing from multiple zones hence they bought the EXpensive ESPS. 2 for like $400k. (Shared Costs). We are definitely a producer need to hit the 100 bopd constantly. Bring a few more Welch wells online if they have them.

The Yegue zone they believe has the oil to produce 300 bopd. By end of this week or next week they will announce 2nd drill for xx amount and Then start drilling. It’s a bigger deeper zone hence more pressure and more bopd predicted. MM’s when th RNS came dropped the sell to 0.456. I was like wow. Scare momgering tactics market pretty much knew this outcome. Our SP is way too low currently less than the value of Welch. The closer we get to Santos Aus drill in Jan the higher the risk of a takeover. Somone gets our licenses plus all current seismics to date which are the same geology as Santos plus all assests in the US as a bonus. Many companies out there with no revenues valued at much higher. Expected RNS clear direction on Arkoma and I’m happy with that. If it does not produce enough it does not warrant the additional $230k. Let’s concentrate on Baja and Welch our star performer. In the immediate term it does look like Baja. Key for us is whatever Welch/ Strawn is producing should cover the existing expenses. We do not want to spread ourselves too much to get into a placing. But 0.5 our mcap is gettIng silly.

Londoner what is the Gas worth then? The other 88% for now until the tides change down there. Gas being close to the surface then oil is the reason they believe they will hit more oil later.

Agree fully, I personally do not want them to increase there stake by 6% unless we have magical figures and the return of investment for the $230k is quicker!! But I would concentrate on Stanley and Welch. Get to the 100bopd mark in constant flow rates. That will attract a loan from a bank.

The key is production has started, they need to upgrade the equipment as we are producing gas is well. This time upgrading is not due to water being produced. It’s a step in the right direction.. another update by end of month or begin of October will give us a clear picture. In the meantime, Arkoma numbers is what we need. Stanley 2 dril start.
