The revenue from the states is the key to our strength. We have assets worth several millions, now we need to get as much oil to strengthen our books. Plus we can interpret the data by mid next year and drill by 2020. Time is on our side so if someone wants to wait until 2020 they can but someone else might to join sooner than that. With GAS shortages and a pipeline being built closely it works in MSMN favour. I really hope we get an initial non- disclosure agreement with someone soon. Agree with you Doug there I’ve 3.5 x more than that here so that a pretty small amount really.., plus I do not believe we have shifted the placing shares yet they cannot be making money at this price. Something fishy is going on not sure 🤔 what it is. At this mcap with an asset in Aussie could we taken over by someone.. the only thing that will shift this is a jv or a takeover. Or unless we get unexpected rise from Arkoma and Welch together.

End of June begin first 2,weeks of July could be interesting for Mosman. We need the 3 ESPS to produce good rates from multiple zones. Upgraded Welch rods to produce more oil. GLA. We need this share price over 1p and into 2-3 p to ensure our dilition are small if there is another placing.

Share... jb blaming bloggers when clearly he has destroyed the share price here.. there is no benefit for long term investors at all here. ! He gave away a quarter of the company in the last placement without taking any pitty for us shareholders.. the price today is the lowest of lows. Small punters have come on board again!! By 0.8 they will be out again.. not many people make money on AIM I bet 90% of the people are overall in a loss. At 1.4 he did a placing At 1.1 then now at 0.7 which was stable he did at 0.55 which such a big discount. How the heck will they get rid off 109 million shares. I want to gather large shareholders and control this guys wages. He cannot continue to take high wages until we are self sufficient.. I want to freeze his wages until we reach self sufficiency. Let me know who’s interested.. the stronger voice we have here then I can go back to JB and give him a good indication of what shareholders want.. getting to 1p is like 100% from here and many have much higher averages.. Else if we receive the feasibility study for Welch to get a drill by summer we will have another equity by end of July. I’m I disappointed 😔 of course I am and frustrated as to how will we go over 1p now. I’ve been emailing JB today but his responses are pathetic to say the least. It’s been a couple of weeks since MSMN have both Arkoma and Welch reports. Have they presented the reports to the bank/ brokers for a possible mortgage in principle. Once that lands the bank expert will do There own due diligence and see if MSMN qualify for that amount. Plus the 2 ESPs installed At Arkoma will be interesting with one producing already. Feasibility study for Welch will further strengthen the bank due diligence. Hopefully in the next 2 week we should see action in the SP

Draft to final report for Arkoma this is a big piece I believe for the Debt facility. It would have been good to have an update on that saying now that we have 2 independent verified reports our talks with banks are at an advanced stage etc.. but I do mind an out of the blue RNS mentioning this. I guess May for the EPS will be interesting for them to see the barrels coming out of the ground. Although Welch provides the better picture currently. Feasibility study and funding he mentions in the BR media update.

Digger - I believe we have until beginning of July to get the bank facility. If nothing happens then a placing most likely or the best scenario we get a Farm-in partner who pays upfront cost to MSMN help with seismics and drill one well AUS NT. By that time we will have a good idea of how our Electric submersible pumps worked at Arkoma which they Blackstone/ inland combined paid 450k. I’m sure the figures they indicated of 80-120 bopd will be exceeded the 3 companies would not waste time for such minuscule amount. May and June will be interesting months. Compared to 3 years ago when we were valued much higher. We do have 3 Assests and are producing ands this is better than petroleum creek. Debt facility I believe the BOD were waiting on the Welch independent report as a final piece to unlock further potential. Aim is driven mostly by news and rumours not what the balance sheet. Companies out there that have assests and not producing anything are valued higher.

CBS - Welch was bought at $350k NPV10% which is its value discounted by 10% is just over $2 million and increase of value by 500% we could sell it for that much today. 234k * 65 = $15.21 million value to a potential buyer over x years. Above figures include an incremental proved undeveloped reserves of 102k barrels. Only one horizontal well is included in the report and the bod are looking at 3. So that’s another 102k incremental proved Undevelop reserves. = 204k barrels for further wells 2 wells And 0.597 million *2 = $1.19 million npv10% so including the 2 further horizontal drills data . 234k + 204 = 436k barrels of proved undeveloped reserves with a 10% discount. That give it turnover value $28.34 million .. key is a bank can take the assets and sell it for $2 million plus we have 27% of Arkoma worth NPV of $1.08 million so a total so far of $3.08 million that the bank can use as asserts to offset against any debt facility..
