We can have news on Stanley 2 anytime and all our other 3 assets are producing as I type. We have seen great improvements in Arkoma, Stanley 1 and Welch. Key is money is coming in. We were 67 bopd net attributable to MSMN excluding Stanley 1. Once we get Stanley 2 we should be closer to 100 bopd. Sooner or later the market will wake up. The placing that was stalling this SP has come/ gone now so we should be going onwards and upwards. Santos could announce updates results in the next couple of weeks or potentially anytime. Londoner that correct until Stanley 2 is fully online they will not drill 3. S2 May need recompletiom to another zone. In terms of funding I hope they have used the last 4/5 months of production to sustain themselves and not eaten into the S3 and S4 budget. The price is plain silly at the moment and it should recover soon.

Marcos read the November 2018 RNS they do mention Stanley 3 and 4 being funded. And now we are funded for challenger and champion x2 drills. How long we last is the next big question. GLA

I have supported this company since the days of 8p to 11p to 22p to 40p and then went to 50p it dropped faster than it climbed. Especially from 8p going clown the penny came too quickly, we tested 0.22 last year won’t be surprised if we touched it again. All I want is the board to confirm who the placees are what there intentions are.. otherwise I do not want the SP to rise.. it will only benefit them only as they will sell into the rise and and go back to 0.4 or 0.45 then another placing will take place at around the same price that will put us over a billion shares.. there is too much volatility under a penny and it’s bad for a share.. but I’m adamant that I want the BoD to come clear with investors I’ve resent him my email again and asked him to read my posts on here. I’m not happy investor at all and will not be taken for a ride this time enough is enough. He does not care about his 20 million plus shares as we are the ones that funded them via his extortionate fees. The aussies licensee needs to be reviewed now not on the day or a week after saying we have relenquished it.. I want the sp to stay put and I repeat dnt want the placees to make a profit. They have efed us up. A placing has always been hanging around this share all the time. And still is even though we had one last week. Why would an investor gambler touch this with a barge pole.

That what I want from the placees or this company is not worth paying 0.30 and above for as it will allow the placees to make a profit. They need to get rid of 250 million shares. By the time they get rid of it it will be time for another 250 million shares and the same pattern will repeat with LTH being diluted to the death. Since November we have been diluted by 400 million shares. I want the BoD to show that they care about this company. Request the placees or bind then so they cannot sell for 3 to 6 months. Otherwise I hope we go down even further as I do not want the placees or the BoD to continue there lavish life styles on us retail investors.

Lowest of lows well done JB you certainly can get the bottom of the SP right award. The sentiment here is bad hence the price. People just do not trust the BoD anymore. The funds raised are clearly not bringing a return. It’s been several years. How many more placing do they need to be self sufficient. They currently need to get a move on with champion and falcon. By the time they drill one, which will be delayed due to road access issues, tropical thunderstorms etc they will run out the money for the 2nd drill. 0.3 was just too low cannot believe they took it at that. If we had nothing going on then yes 0.3 and get 750k was awesome. JB is just a joke. Q3 is now round the corner. We got a farm in is well for champion etc so I would expect the ball to be ticking there. Santos is no built at all here. They are targeting multiple tcf of gas and helium. None of that is factored into the sp not even the potential. We should be valued at over 25 million plus plus. It’s crazy the sp you have companies on hot air no prospects or drilling just Whiff of summin and they are valued much higher. BPC for example. I just hope it does not go up. Your going to sell at 0.35 or 0.40 and call it a day. By that time we will need another feed of placing for our master. Truely disgusting behavior from the BoD. Without moving the SP north. Drop 30% on day of placing we took several weeks to get there. So Stanley 1 and 2 and all the positive results of increase bopd rates have had 0 impact on the SP. mcap 2.3 million. All these buys now at 0.2788 and SP barely moving. AIM market stinks of this behaviors. Long terners retail customers are always losing. Not many people make money on AIM. BoD frankly do not give a shit about the SP. there dependent on for long they can switch the light on for. They have millions of shares but they do not rely on them st all. It’s the Monthly fees. We had 4 months of no activity and yes the BoD got paid full whack. That’s like $100k plus his partner in crime AC. Traders are benefiting from This low price now. Another placing will be due by September again as we will use £235k fir one total £470k for 2. Which leave us £280 that will pay the wages until then. Another 250 million will come and total will be over a billion... then comes share consolidation etc price will be 2p. I’ve not seen a consolidated Sp increase.. always decreases. Unless a miracle happens we will not be out of this trading range and penny will not come unless a consolidation. It’s all hot air stuff I should have seen it when he was in London. A farm in partner for Aus or a RNS for disclosing interest will give confidence. I’ve sent him an email last week no response as he knows he has ****ed up again.

Why do they allow soo many to buy in cheaper and then these same people will run At 0.4 and 0.5 it’s crazy how all this works. 9.5 million buys and about 1 million sells yet we are just even. They cannot be disguised as a sell either why sell less than the pacing price.. I hope it’s a small Institutional investor who now sees great opportunity hence the large 750 k raised. We may get holding RNS in the next few weeks. They own 28% of the company. If Santos hit in The next 6 weeks this could be good return of investment no doubt. Watch out for the RNS.

Were looking for this opportunity. Could have done it when we were near 0.5. But now it’s out the way let’s move forward. It is by far the biggest placing of £750k and near a million dollars. The fact that it was subscribed shows a positive sign that the subscribers believe they will get s good quick return. In nov they struggled and got £390k and added 110! Themselves to get to £500k. So we had 67 bopd and today out of 136 bopd 21 bopd are gross to msmn. 89 bopd. Now they got the money they should not waste anytime on challenger drills. And tired of them. All similar wording in all placements RNSs. We need money to continue to grow. How much do you need to grow and be profitable. It’s been 6-8 years now. 80 million to 889 million. That number has certainly improved a lot over the years so well done Bods for that. I should have seen it coming when the presentation came out and he was in London. From last years RNS the Stanley 3 and 4 wells are funded. With the farm in we had we got $50k is well. So all in all with net attributable to msmn over the last 3 months I believe they have covered the operational costs as per the recent RNS. Which means once Stanley 2 is stable in Prod. They will move on to 3 and 4. They want to ensure there hitting the right oil spot at 2. I believe there will be no placing/ funding at this stage. BoD have a lot to lose now is well. There 20 million plus also gets diluted. I think they should be clear with funding for Stanley 3 at minimum.

From the Pro article it seems like Stanley 3 and 4 are coming once 1 and 2 are in steady state in another week or 2 then Champion in q3. And in the next 2 weeks could get results for Dukas prospect. Good farmin today.. got the ‘premium’ for it cash could be used for Stanley 3 or 4. Today’s sp it’s good to see more sellers at 0.5 the sooner we get rid of them then we can move on. 100 bopd and by September they want to double net production to 200 bopd. We will get another interim production update from Stanley about gas depletion and increase of oil. Choke rate will increase. Next 2 weeks very crucial for MSMN with the Aussie drill. Success could turn us to pennies and potential of farm-out increases. Hopefully the update gives confident to the market that msmn is no longer just talk and it is delivering results
