I've topped up here and in EZJ, hoping for a decent recovery in the years ahead. Any thoughts on when the US will open up?

Other travel stocks Go Ahead and Stagecoach, National Express all still fairly reasonable too along with TUI and RR. Hoping for a decent recovery in the coming weeks ahead!!

Will be great when the corridor opens, I'm hopeful for some of August to get in school holidays, but perhaps won't be until Sept!! Once confirmed though, as long as no other surprise curve balls, should see this head back over 200 and hopefully start making good in roads to 250. Long term hold for me here and with the changes BA have made, when things do return to some level of normality in next 12 - 18 months, hopefully we will see the SP rise nicely too. My target is to double the current SP. GL All interesting week ahead!!

Made a few quid here before, back in today at 67p. What peoples thoughts near term? I'm hoping to see 85-90 and then take some profit and leave the rest for recovery.

I think it's going to be an interesting week next week. Alot of stocks down at the moment on the market, I'm sure with all the latest news in rise of Covid cases. I would say August the earliest for US to open up transatlantic routes. When it dies, hopefully we head back over 200. I'm slightly in the red average 172, bit hoping a good bounce back on travel stocks will turn things round. GL All cracking weekend weather wise ahead!!

Good post B747 Crew, it's when people panic they materialise a loss!! Painful to see the SP drop to current levels, great for those with dry powder. When this rebounds though and it will, things will move quickly and SP take off. Until then some turbulence. GL All!!

Anyone invested here at current levels will do well in the long term. We need the UK-US to open back up and get people travelling. People all want a holiday, sooner or later we will be back above 200. GL All.

Let's hope so, hopefully hospitalisations keep at a manageable level and we start moving forward!!

Very frustrating waiting. One big contract and this turns the other way, negative sentiment here currently, but I remain confident this little gem will deliver best of British, perhaps in time for opening up on 19th July?

With Germany giving the green light to the UK from Wed, being back in here is most likely a good decision.

Markets look ahead, positive tones for 19th July. Airlines will be flying to more destinations, mostly European ones. US unlikely now until Sept. There should be a good tick up in SP here, I would be suprised if not over 200 by Friday!! GL All.

All you need is one Airline to agree a deal with Acacta for the best test on the market, others would soon follow suit and before you know it, a huge market!!

I agree, things will he opening up soon. Good meeting between PM and Ankela Merkel, should see SP rise here shortly, more green countries, double jabbed will be allowed to travel and Europe opening up. Glad I topped up at 860, that will look cheap in weeks and months ahead.

Positive news in Chequers, looks like Merkel will ease restrictions on UK travelling to Germany soon, once double vaccinated. Hopefully onwards and upwards here, a top up for me at 172, hoping in next few weeks back over 200!! GL All!!

I'm not understanding this, is the US just waiting to get majority of their population vaccinated and then open the doors, nor worring if visitors have been vaccinated. Are they going to demand that they have a negative test on arrival or is that not a requirement either?
