Nice artice! So, an MCap of 9 figures is at least £100m (could be more of course!) which is approx 20 times higher than now. That is some "upside"! AND, that could come H1 21! :-)

Going well today - just been buying at 29c, two month high!

Wow, nice buy at 1.498 - can't even see that on the chart but guess it was intraday!
I suspect you will look back at the 8p buy and be equally happy - some time next year hopefully?

Am really quite (pleasantly) surprised that we havent dipped under 6p today. I though the traders and nervous would have jumped first thing. Maybe as garyn said earlier, they are already out:

Key points:

So they are working on the KCB on the JV licences. After the Sandfire results, this has to be good news. More than one string to the KAV bow!

So, confirmation of the delay to financing and hedging their bets with "H1 21". However some good news in there too:
"The Company has also received initial approval for a financing facility of up to R$200 million (approximately US$32 million) from Banco da Amazônia ("BASA").
"The Company has also negotiated a non-binding, conditional term sheet with one major cornerstone equity investor, subject to amongst other things, completion of the full financing package"
Will be interested to see if the impatient sell out at 8am.....

Really interesting interview! They are starting the survey next week and each target takes around a week. MM says that the interesting bit is when they have processed the data, around 3 weeks later. He DID say that you CAN tell if there is anything of interest there while doing the survey and if they get high conductivity in a gabbro, there is pretty much nothing else it can be other than ore bearing magma! (not his exact words, but have listen!). My interpretation of that is that we could have an indication of what they have found early January, if they let us know target by target.....

So, regarding the 2 KCB licences awarded to KAV in June 20:
"Kavango's two new PLs are located directly to the southwest of Sandfire Resource's T3 and A4 Dome copper-silver discoveries."
It is A4 that has just had the very high grade results today! :-)
I can't find anything recent on KAV work on KCB othere than this from the September 21st RNS re the JV with POW:-
"Kavango to initiate immediately the next phases of field exploration on the two KCB licences..."
Seems to me that we could do with an update - anyone any ideas what is going on there?

Banan, tbh I have lost track of what the state of play is on the KCB. I will have to look back at RNS's but think there must be work programme agreed with POW on our JV licences. Not sure about the on POW ones. I also recollect vaguely that we have got or applied for other KCB licences too. Will check.

If that doesn't focus the attention of the majors on the KCB, nothing will! I am quite sure that KAV are getting inbound interest already :-)

Thanks to skiboy on advfn, Sandfire have today put out some VERY strong drilling results on their KCB A4 licence area, which is near to KAV's licences:

I agree with Luke! Time is running out but I still feel we will get news before year end. And would still OT rule out an asset sale or complete buy out.....

HaHa! Sorry VV! Given that I dont expect "normal life" to resume until April (assuming the vaccines are rolled out from next month), I REALLY hope we get a financing RNS before then!

SJ, I concur with what many others have said. Maybe have a break but come back when we have something to discuss! At the moment we are all going around the same old loop with no new info. We have all had posts that have pierced our armour at one time or another. Chose not to be offended (easier said than done, I know!) You are in great position with this investmemt. and are entitled to have your informed views! Come back and chat when the next (significant!) RNS drops :-)
A pub meet up sounds terrific, although at the moment is only the stuff of dreams!

I really can't see why anyone would have a problem with other posters being honest about their holdings here. If some want to exagerate, fine, let them. I take at face value what someone says, it matters not to me if it is true and I don't feel "inadequate" if their holding is bigger than mine! I appreciate knowing that there are sigificant long term holders here for the ride. Although I WOULD like to know if Wasa, Cragieboy, DJ are about to sell out so I can get out first! :-)
