I was confused by yesterdays Block Listing RNS too so I contacted Michael Foster by email for clarification. This is repeated with his permission:
"Nothing untoward about the RNS and Block Admission. No warrant figures or terms have changed. It is normal to ease the admin burden (and cost) of issuing a RNS each time a warrant is exercised – hence the Block Listing. However in our case the FCA has not seen too much warrant exercising so thought it unnecessary. As and when warrant exercises increase in volume we will reapply."
So purely an "admin" issue it seems.

I am still struggling to grasp why we are not yet over 10p....

Doog you are making the mistake of counting the nominee holders as individuals. They are the totals of private investors held by the broker - Hargreaves Landsown etc

The only way to "get away with it" is BEFORE you are going to need care and you first approach the Local Authority, give away all of your money (except £23,250) and make sure your income is less than around £250pw. Otherwise you WILL be paying. Having seen the standard of Local Authority placements, you really wouldn't want to rely on anywhere that they will fund, if you have any choice.....

Sorry to burst your bubble Bungle but the first question the Local Authority asks is "are you the beneficiary of any trusts". I should know as it is my day job. You might get away with with "economical with the truth" but if you are caught, woe betide you!

Agreed AIM. If the democrats take the Senate, they can pass their "New Deal" Carbon Neutral Green policies which will push commodities such as Nickel higher.

Stand out positives for me are (in no particular order)
1. Management have lots of experience and have substantial skin in the game.
2. KAV have 3 projects moving forward, anyone one of which could be a company maker.
3. Perfect timing to benefit from the much predicted "Commodities Super Cycle"
4. Every KSZ news release has moved KAV closer to proving that they have a "Norilsk Style" deposit
5. Fully funded with £2m from recent placing. Warrants likely to add to that during 2021.
6. Botswana is a stable democratic country with a business/mining friendly administration.

I am still hoping to make a significant top up at the end of this month when I get a pension lump sum, so would be happy if this stays below 3p until then. I suspect KSZ news will have driven it higher by then though....
