My understanding is that at 3% a holding would have to be declared. It is usually a few days later as it up to the holkder to notify the company. Not sure when notifications need to be made once above 3%. Anyone know? Is it every whole percent thereafter???

Ahh, I missed the bit about Anglo being on board with the offer....damn! There was talk yesterday of 75% being needed to carry the deal but I have not verified that.....

Bushy, on the Mariana website they state that Sprott has 4.5%. May be out of date now though.... AngloGold Ashanti has 3.87%. Put the two of them together and they would have more than Sandstorm.....

I think the SP is a good indicator of the market view of this deal is.......not even hit £1...

Reads to me like a done deal with GP and ER agreeing..... Had hoped for better but a bird in the hand.....
