Just out of interest, how many of you are planning on voting no (based on what we know now) and what sort of holding do you have? Fair enough if you dont wish to declare but if you do, just copy and paste the holders list and add your own number of shares. I will get the ball rolling: D220: 130k

I too mailed Glen yesterday to ask if we can expect a drilling update before any vote. I will be disappointed (but not surprised) if I don't get a response.....

TSX trade of 200k at 1.62CAD and volume now 1.12m ! SAND at $3.33

Bigger volume here so far than all day on AIM. 682k shares.

If he wants to sell it Sandstorm holders, surely he will HAVE to "big it up" but by doing so, MARL holders will feel short changed...

"I suspect he will mostly be focussing on the assets" It would be great if he DOES focus on the assets, starting with up to date drill results (for Ergama AND Hot Maden), so that we can make an informed decision about the merger/TO.

Me too!. I am dismayed at the prospect of being bought out at what I regard as a fraction of the potential value here. I cannot understand why GP would rush to do such a poor deal before the PFS. Hoping the deal fails, an will vote accordingly!

At this rate, it will be below $3 next week! Now trading at $3.23 and falling......
