(AIM:MVR), the leading creator of virtual reality entertainment content and operator of the MelodyVR platform, announces that the Company is issuing 7,034,682 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") further to the exercise of warrants options at between 1.1p and 9.0p per Ordinary share.

I do recall the housing market doing something similar when Nigel Lawson said he’d be ending double MIRAS relief. This stamp duty holiday feels similar.
The housing crash that followed lasted.. 6 yrs?

I may actually be able to help a little with this. Quite awhile ago and in the teeth of the pandemic I wrote to Eve With an enquiry about production and stock levels and got a reply which I copy below. They don’t normally like quotes appearing here but this is from April so really quite dated:
‘In terms of your question eve is closely monitoring the supply chain as you would imagine. So far there have been no material problems. They have also taken on some extra stock to give themselves more comfort. While it is not possible to be definitive about the future, they have so far managed the situation well in terms of stock availability. ’
You may be right in some aspects but I don’t think Eve was struggling to fill orders or overly reducing their stock levels - from what I heard anyway.
Hope that helps (though I haven’t done any maths as I’m not the best qualified accountant for that analysis!)

Hi Wyndrum, I was in AVACT and then got stop-lossedout around 53p. It went straight back up same day. Emotion prevented my buying back on the rise (silly isn't it..) but I put the money into SNG and so alls-well-that-ended-well ('so far' before you say it!). What it taught me was not to have stop losses FOR ME on volatile shares. I think some TILS people got caught out there yesterday afternoon, before TILS announced they'll get a main listing and leave AIM.
HH would have been following that too I think

Forgive my musings.. I'm an amateur compared to some on here.
My previous comment was obviously pro Eve. I've done extremely well with Synairgen recently but the future depends on news. It's more of a gamble than Eve I feel. Tils (Tiziana Life Sciences) seems less of a gamble than Synairgen – looks like they have a great future – but I'm happy NOT to have all eggs in TILS basket.
IF I had more money available I'd equally put more into TILS and Eve. If there's more good news at Synairgen then I'll be fine anyway.

If people see somewhere with better potential than Eve at the moment, could we forgive them a little cross ramping (for an hour) as I'd love to know where!

If you have the strategy of increasing a stake when things are getting better, now seems to be the time to increase the holding. Greatest danger is apparently past (I trust) and the best is to come surely?

Thanks Wyndrum, I had taken it as an illustrative example pattern only. I'll take a look at the RR chart. To be honest, hearing people taking of 'cup and handle', and 'candles' in charts made it all seem deeply mysterious. I nearly sold my RR holding this morning to come here but it's almost worthless now. RR will (probably) be back sooner or later and seeing it daily will remind me to buy more on the rise, when it comes.

Covid arriving, not 'cover'

I would like to know more about technical analysis and charting but where to learn.. Then there are the factors that charts don't cover, like cover arriving etc, what happens to competitors in the same space, and – for example – developments with new technologies. I'm very happy to be in Eve but frankly, without covid, we'd have been waiting a lot longer for 3p SP.
On the other side of the coin, my Rolls Royce are on the floor, having been in profit. Thankfully I've a lot less in RR than here.
What I have taken from all this is that it's better to buy 'on the up' rather than at bargain basement prices – and then waiting.. and waiting..

Hi Wyndrum, if the pattern continues from previous announcements you only need to wait till around September 20 or 26 for 'Interim Results 2020', so really not at all long. It's the autumn that things go quiet. After September you may have to wait till January '21 for further news. I'd anticipate a rise between now and end September.
