I would be happy to pay a few grand, even more in tax. Firstly that means I have made money, secondly I would be contributing to our health service, education, social care etc. Fair is Fair, after all I suspect most would rather Google, Amazon etc would pay their taxes.
Personally I am looking forward to a £100K CGT bill when this relists. Any less would be a disappointment (*Dreams)

Same old. Not sure why you would want share certificate, I guess some have no choice. Mine just sit in my account awaiting relisting somewhere. I find YJ words both soothing and unsettling. The overall message seems to be we do not know anything, although they could say that on a message board I guess, even if they knew we were up the swanny. After all they are employed by FRR and with no NOMAD talk is cheap. But the tone and use of spivs just seems a little unprofessional. I would expect my PR boys to write in a clear manner with no name calling, Correct grammar and in a far more official manner. I am awaiting the next YJ statement - OMG!! Its all going amazeballs innit. Be propper gud wen da bois sort dis shoit out. Hang in there coz it will all be sweet.
Still I will wait, neither positive or negative re the outcome as I know nothing. Hope is futile, it does not makle you money (you can read that both ways :)

You guys are so funny. England is full of foreigners. So i want to leave. I guess they are all immigrants and you will be an ex pat. Which makes you? (double standards, but then you are English and therefore slightly superior to the rest of mankind) Lets hope that when you leave you bring some skills of use to the place you will be a foreigner in, GP, Surgeon, health care worker, farm hand, hotel worker? Oh no, you want to not work. Hmmmm. Still I am sure it will all be better when we leave the EU and all those standards designed to give us a better quality of life (minimum paid holidays, food standards, safety standards), are swept away so we can make some money.
How much better would it be if all those old folk who retire in Europe come back and rely on our NHS, and we can send jonny foreigner back, you know those relatively healthy , productive types paying tax and having a light tough on services). I am sure we can muster up a few more English Drs. They must be out there. Probably on the dole , kicked out for a cheap foreign Dr, just waiting for Brexit so they can get their job back.

Indeed, the email I saw was neither unsavoury or informative. It spoke of a meeting with YJ. The phrases "impression that" etc were used so absolutely nothing of any value, although the fact that they are still producing was a single positive fact which is great. A basic operations update would be better, but work goes on is better than nothing.. YJ was positive etc, no surprise there, after all that is their job. But the AVDN board was full of gloaters and people who appear to delight in other's misfortune, some disgraceful comments. I assume the moderation there is not as strong.
I will not be reposting as it is not my place to but perhaps the FSGH might as it is in the public sphere anyway and this would ease some folk's tension.

Yes he does have alot of skin in the game, so it will his skin he looks to first. It is naive to think that just because he has invested we will be alright. I have mentioned it before but Maxim Barsky put a great deal into MATRA, the SP fell off a cliff, it delisted and is now in Norway exchange. With me 90% down and costs for selling making them practically worthless. Something tells me MAX, the shareholders darling, did not lose any "skin".

I am more confident here however not based on Zaza's holding. Based on the fact that it will be difficult for the assets here to be moved around without Gerorgia revoking the licence. If the licence stays with FRR and i have shares, and the court case is sorted, and BHGE and BP all play ball AND NY loan comes through. Then rodders, this time next year....

And what? Everything is so sensitive that we can not know? Unlikely. I am happy to wait and feel the outcome may well go in our favour. However what do any of us actually know? Would not take much to say Court case is ongoing, talks are ongoing, oil is still flowing and keeping the lights on. To say nothing at all makes me feel that we shareholders are not actually that important at all, which has other less savoury connotations. I would be much comforted by a few well chosen words. After all, this is not a religion, or am I expected to just believe?

The main shorters will be buying privately from distressed sellers. I would not worry too much about them. Personally my focus is on my own good luck, fortune. I am not worried about others losing their money short or no. In my book wishing misfortune on others is bad form, I realise others feel differently and they are welcome to . All they(short crew) are doing is trying to turn a pound, just like us. They do so by undermining companies, we do so by dragging fossil fuels out of the ground at our environment and children's expense. Let's hope that this turns out well for investors, as I am one and would love a serious holiday :)

A rough ride on this board today as the vultures and gloaters arrive. Imagine the carp we will get if this delists. We will have our serial moaners, lots of blame and a gazillion i told you so. I realise many will not be thinking much of him and his taunts are provocative however he is best ignored. When we go on walks we always call out "dog poo" when we see one to help us avoid anyone stepping into it. After all i will be the one cleaning it off any shoes. Perhaps we will change that to PJ. De list is Not the end of the road. If you are delisting due to financial difficulty yes. Frr will be able to list elsewhere. They do not currently need a market to raise funds due to loan offer plus potential partners. Of course if the loan and partners fail.... But that and the court case are separate hurdles

Although this person does not appear to be very kind with his apparent laughing at others potential losses it is a possibility that Zaza would do better with a delisted FRR. As I have said before this has occurred before (matra). Theydelisted. They are now on a foreign exchange. Thing is that if we get the deals with bp etc it will not matter what exchange we are on the shares will be worth multiples of today's value. A pain for isa. But having to pay tax on a massive profit is a problem many would like to have.

Although that is a valid assumption , that is all it is, not a fact, nor is YJ may have said a fact. Fact. Probably best to wait for facts, they will be with us soon, for better or worse
