Correct, the reason they give 30 days is because it takes a while to sort. Duh! If it was normal to get a NOMAD in a few weeks that is how long you would be given. Instead it is recognised that finding a NOMAD, DD and paperwork can take up to 30 days, in fact it is quite reasonable to expect a short extension (maybe another 14 days) if you can show that you are in the process. Interesting that you arrive at this time, say you are invested then post 12 times, in a negative manner. Hmmmm. If you have been invested in aim stocks for so long how is it you know so little?

Probably worth awaiting some new facts / news before posting anything more. We are only at half time re NOMAD so no worries there, start panicking when there is a few days, if not resolved by then. Are you really Hammy? Let me put your mind at ease, if they delist they can still get funding. The NY lender is unlikely to be concerned about listings, more about assets. As long as they can put the money against these assets they will be happy. The main issue with delisting is liquidity, it soon drys up, there is a place https://www.jpjenkins.com/ where unlisted shares can be traded. Thing is the price will no doubt plummet. Mind this could be an opportunity to grab em cheap before the relisting, if that were to happen. Thing is with mega funding there is little need to relist as there is no requirement for placings etc. Personally my biggest fear is delisting, once this is sorted I will be happy, if the sp hits the floor whilst legal shenanigans occur so what? It will will fly when sorted, not too worried about that side of things as I belive zz has this fairly airtight. BWDIFK.

That's it Dave,! Had a look about a year ago, shows in my PF as a good 96% down. And i have to call to sell and that would cost me the remaining 4%, hence bottom draw. A chap called Maxim Barski I believe took over, put loads of his hard earned in, he was every-bodies darling. He will do us good, does not want to tarnish reputation, has millions invested blah blah. Something tells me that he has not lost a penny of his multi million investment while the mushrooms have lost nearly all. We need to remember that FRR itself is worthless to a degree, it is the assets that are worth the big bucks. That is why Hope wants them, let us hope that Zaza wants to share when this all comes out in the wash.

I was in Matra when it delisted The shares are not worthless, close, lost 90% ish. And they are now listed in Norway I think. Bottom draw but who knows in many years time. BTW the BOD owned many shares then too so just owning shares does not mean that Zaza wants this relisted. Many a slip twixt cup and lip. After losing 90% on XTR then MATRA I am hoping this is not 3rd time unlucky. But actually not feeling too bad about this one, could do with a grand to pay for my summer hols but otherwise I am in no hurry for my cash..

That as the BP talks are now public (court papers) an RNS could now be released giving a little detail. This should IMO be done before we resume trading, which I very much expect in the near future.

Can anyone tell me if FRR can release RNSs without NOMAD?

an RNS be written without a NOMAD? I was thinking not. So if we get a new NOMAD that would be the first RNS. Would they be able to release more news on that day / at the same time? Or would the NOMAD need a few days in situ before? Oh and one more question, what is this about BP? I have not heard they were the major beyond a hint in a post.

This is exciting. Wonder why our nomad left. At least in suspension we stay level. I assume we an get rns about deals with major whilst we are suspended. That would be great.... Unless you are short. Really hope this comes good. If not I will be miffed but luckily this was what I could afford. Still would be good to have a nice holiday etc.

Took a break over Christmas and come back to 3 rnss and a suspension with the sp on its knees. So I assume someone knew and sold big time from 18 /19 till 24th driving price down. Court rns doesn't really make things very clear. The other two....
