Well, 5th has been and gone and what do we know about this? Have they been paid? Do we have a cash injection? Are they still working? Is there any news at all that can be verified?

******. Spent a good while away from this. So what has happened that we know of . Diddly squat! Maybe there is a chance of something soon. Maybe not. One thing is sure, there will be the continued discussion about sweet FA on this board

Indeed, i have pretty much written this off, but cant help but hope. I look on occasion, see nothing positive has actually happened then leave . Jester has a right to be negative! As far as we know we could have already been disenfranchised. I am sure many here have been burnt bin a similar way. I have. I now pay a monthly sum as a small bet this will relist. Thing is when do you give up. Soon be a year without a word to shareholders. And still we have blatant ramping and putting the negative down. Mills, why dont you get back in your box and count your currently worthless shares?

After Matra then this (an a few close calls) i have stopped gambling on AIM. Problem is i am paying 20 quid a quarter to hold on to these shares. It would be great if something would happen to either please me or put me out of my misery.
I pop in from time to time to see the board and smile seeing the old group still here with the usual banter, however one piece of decent concrete news that means something in terms of my money would sure help.

Would we know if this had been terminated? Obvious not through FRR as nothing from that way comes. However BHGE may, I am unaware as to if they posted / RNS'd the signing of the MOU, if they did one would imajine they would also let their shareholders know if the MOU was terminated. Obviously a good sign if it has not been terminated.

ERR Ok then, banks are not a gamble, whatever! Not that a few have not already nearly gone to the wall in the last decade. Why does our Government guarantee up to a certain amount then? (not all mind, my folks have to spread their savings over two to ensure they have the full amount guaranteed). And FRR was never a gamble? Sorry RR but you need to rethink if that is really your belief. I mean it was never a gamble but it has nearly gone tits up. Is it a gamble now? I agree, corruption at this level needs to be stood up to. it does not change the fact that this was always a gamble. And if Zaza and his team were the seedy folk and we profited not many here would complain. Mind this thread came from another which was basically, there is more to life than money, obviously if you are overstretched here it can be hard to see anything else. It must be very difficult for some here , I have lost a holiday and am gutted, i have in the past gone 40K down and bankrupt due to gambling, shares, dogs, horses anything really so i do havd a fair idea of the stress as i kept it hidden from family / wife for nearly a year before i had to come clean. Now just the odd dabble in AIM. This is my last mind, hope i get a little bonus later this year. And I hope those who have piled in here get their investment back. All the best
