I don’t think the address has any meaning as such admittedly I have not had a scout through the businesses there so there may be a link with a little digging.

But the positive I took from that is that why change the address now? does that mean changes are afoot and news incoming soon?

I’m having a small gathering of friends and family this weekend so if there is news today then I’ll be upgrading the quality of the burgers!

Yes it’s 6 weeks until Auto suspension so if no target is announced in the next few weeks that’s where we will be heading unfortunately. Still hoping that news or at least a positive update will land in the next few weeks though.

Curiouser and curiouser....hopefully there are links between the satisfaction which relates to any transaction that we hope is being worked on. None of us will know for sure but even if it is just to leave the shell clean that is still a positive.

If the RTO target is announced its likely that we suspend until complete I would think chances of completion of an RTO after announcing the target go up drastically (can still not complete but chances greatly increase)

If no target is announced in the next few weeks then some will likely pull their investment before Auto suspension in Oct Some might leave a small amount in to see what might happen during suspension but you need some large gonads to leave a significant investment in through auto suspension without news. My bank balance is not strong enough to leave all my investment in and my wife will likely remove my modest appendage if I did leave it all in, especially as she works in education and is currently looking for new employment due to way Academy’s are running schools these days.

Yes we are all keeping our fingers crossed that it will be sooner rather than later especially if Antos is still pulling the strings.

In my experience an acquisition (my company has been involved in a few) has 6 months to 18 months it depends on the complexity of the due diligence being undertaken, agreeing the deal and time to produce the legal paperwork.

In respect to BOU we all know that the clock is ticking. BOU suspends in October and then has a further 6 months to complete or be delisted. I’m not sure what happens if delisted (which in our case is April 2020) I assume the process stops.

Nobody knows what the actual end and start date is or was or will be its all speculation at the moment.

Whilst walking along the Northumbrian coastline with Mrs and pooch I shall be keeping an eye out for resolution results and any information on who is in the team at today’s AGM. Any transfers or new signings that we need to be aware of that are at the table. Is Antos still the main player? or is there a new striker about to be unveiled? Are we still looking for new players....hopefully some insight today but likely to be largely about resolution results made public be nice if AGM attendees could scout who is there though.

I do not like football by the way more of a fan of the game where men play with odd shaped balls. The Webb Ellis trophy is a golden World Cup soon for the winning team...will the outlook for our team still be golden? Looking forward to finding out soon

I am away tomorrow for the week on holiday so unable to attend and I agree we need some news so I was hoping to go to determine who is left on the pitch for the game ahead. So updates that are not subject to NDA from people who are able to attend would be most welcome.

The biggest bit of intel you can gain without even asking specific questions is to see if our largest shareholder (or a proxy acting on his behalf) is in attendance and how engaged he is in any proactive discussions. If he is there that will settle some concerns if not then that will raise many questions.

News is key I don’t think there will be much ‘real’ movement until details emerge. Most of us are hoping for news before the AGM as it would be nice to know what they are planning to do with the Authority we give them to allot a further 25% shares.

Ultimately we are nearly 4 months into the 6 months required to make an acquisition so you would think they would be able to start sharing some detail with us.

I was planning on attending the AGM but when the date came out it clashes with my summer holiday so I can’t go but anyone going would probably need to sign up to non disclosure

Yes I’ve had my letter with resolutions my main concern is whilst I am happy to vote for 7 & 8. I would like to know if this is for a particular strategy rather than just a general cash raise. So news on strategy before the AGM would help make my voting decisions clearer. I’ll probably vote for them anyway but if we get a placing soon after the AGM with no reason other than ‘to raise cash to explore RTO targets’ that will frustrate.

As for Lampshire that was my only other concern I would have thought he would have gone by now if PH have been bought out why is he still here and wanting to be re-elected. Unless he is part of the legal paperwork that might have already been drafted and is with lawyers so he needs to remain on the board until RTO is sorted...
