Alas no, I have some money tied up here and a few other investments (which are medium/long term holds) and I dont have any spare at the moment so missed out on SYME.

Thanks for sharing the update my last update from Tim a month or so back was similar to those that have already been posted but this latest one suggests its now within touching distance onwards and upwards!

I dont usually chat or post about other shares I am invested in and I don't post anywhere else other than BOU I just read the boards when I can. However one company I am invested in for the medium term (6 months to 3 years depending on how they progress) is SBTX. Share value has been increasing in small percentages for the past 6 months they have a signed commercial agreement with a main market listed global player, Croda, to sell thier products which are health based including supplements for psoriasis which is in testing. Lots of good stuff on thier website, CEO Interviews and in the RNS's

They are based in Manchester and have links to the university, It's a little under the radar at the moment but I am hoping it will kick off over the next 3-6 months.

Was hoping for some news before my weeks break in sunny snowdonia oh well Ill keep checking in when I can get a phone signal!...

There was a question and answer session after the investor webcast and the specific question asked was what vehicle would be used to list IPO or RTO and the response was along the lines of ‘there’s been lots of speculation but currently the intent is IPO and 100% ownership to TILS shareholders.’ The only crumb was the word currently so maybe still hope they will change their direction but definitely sounds like our target is something else

Yes I have just head the TILS webinar and they confirmed currently Accustem is IPO listing and TILS shareholders will have 1 for 1 shares and will be wholly owned by them

There was a TILS RNS this morning but it gave nothing away will have to see what they say in the webcast this evening but if Accustem is going to reverse into BOU then you would like to think that they may share the prospectus with TILS shareholders as they would need to approve the demerger so something would need to be communicated soon.

otherwise it may be that skeggy rock shop for BOU!

There’s a TILS webcast planned tomorrow evening so if it’s Accustem we may hear something this during that if there’s no RNS tomorrow

Whether it be Accustem or something else its time to resolve the silence. Lets have some news in any way shape or form please.

If it is Accustem then it will depend on how much of the £280Million is given to BOU holders...I would doubt they would give away much of it but hopefully we will at least see our money unlocked again soon which would be very welcome

Correct there will be no official RNS. Communication could be via the RNS Reach system but the Website or contacting the company is likely to be the best option

I agree I think the deal is done and has been for some time it is just the fine tuning of the legals and the re-admission details which are holding things up.

maybe they are waiting for the pubs to re open ahead of the next announcement so we can all celebrate in style!.....or drown our sorrows, nope lets go glass half full and go with celebrate in style!

We have all speculated on who, what and why over the months with both good links and tenuous links. I have written previously that unless you are 'inside' its unlikely that anyone posting on these boards would know the target for certain

Personally I reduced the size of my holdings before suspension but I still have a considerable sum (for me) invested just getting my hands on that again would be a nice result! but I have always said if the target has a potential big future then I would consider a longer term investment.

If there is no target and we have been taken for a ride (which I don't believe to be the case) then my winerack is going to take a beating!

I have not checked yet but I think at the last AGM that the ability for the company to allot futher shares that we voted yes etc expires in 12 months so things need to conclude before early August if these are being used as part of the transaction or we would need to vote again....

Its been a long road and a difficult time for a lot of people these past few months, lets hope we get over these final hurdles and we all have a brighter few months ahead.

We must be in the final stages of the deal as the last communications suggested that they were trying to conclude matters to me that reads dotting i's and crossing t's as opposed to the early stages of an aquisition
