Next major event for me will be a major taking 15 or 20% as a strategic investment with a sizeable cash injection.

The interesting thing here is that we COULD get into production quite quickly attacking east access high grades - don’t have to spend huge capex to get started

Think something like 15% of the shares have changed hands in the last few days, a lot of new hefty shareholders around these prices now - good base camp for the Everest ascent

It’s also in a fantastic spot with good transport links. Flat land great jurisdiction close to surface.

The local government have already chipped in with a grant for one of the drills bunny said , so getting started should be straightforward

Negotiations for asset sales take time and and subject to hitches. Personally for once I am ok with all quiet on the zambia/zimbabwe front. The fact that we haven't seen further assays from kamativi is also a good sign in this instance.

To be fair to Colin I think this is where he comes into his own, negotiating deals. Given his own v significant shareholding here he will be after every penny. If that takes a few more weeks then Good.

Sovereign is in Malawi - they did get a good partner investment tho and think they sit at £110m mcap or so

Genghis of course it’s difficult to put a value on this right now. But with a sub £50m market cap, a potentially enormous discovery in a great location with cash in the bank for the next stage of delineation of the resource there has to be huge potential upside.

If you want all the visible metrics for a spot on valuation then you should look at the ftse 100 (and could still be wrong anyway)

Love the fact that he goes out there in person and lends a hand with the drilling. Very optimistic with this one, think the next 2 holes will indicate the sheer scale and high grades - we could well hit higher grades than the last drill as well

Hi 4k I think I was at the same presentation as you last week (Charlie) with Mr Bunn. Bought in since then, very credible guy and pitch. Spoke to him one on one and he reiterated that the titanium starts pretty much at surface. A big difference to extraction costs that would make I would think. 4-5% looks like good grade with the chance of higher over a massive area - and it goes a long way down.

The titanium market looks strong and growing and a great jurisdiction. The company has cash in the bank so what's not to like. gla

I agree that the interesting thing at the moment is the quietness of CB. There was no big PR push after the Shinganda result (as far as I can see) or other projects of late.

Personally I see that as a good sign in this case.

Got a few more GLR today c 1.2 - thinking that is still a very good entry point if only half the AGM chats are half true. I guess we'll find out relatively soon.

I have quite a few of these already but after these extremely interesting comments today I think this is still an incredible entry point with what is going on, could run away once an asset sale gets closer. Thanks for all the info shared today and looking forward to a good run in towards Christmas - and if a significant sale value does get confirmed it will go pop of course.

I like the idea of kashing in one one or two and then drilling out Shinganda for the seriously big bucks.

I'm sure the Prospect Ore shareholders did very well out of it. Jeremy Reid did a barnstorming presentation then before long had resigned as a Director so no need to disclose share sales. I remember thinking that was a red flag at the time but dumbly decided to ignore it. I'd be interested to know how many XTR shares he owns as of today's date.

If anything BR could actually be a NEGATIVE on the SP at the moment - the fear that more cash from our profitable gold mine might be thrown down more pointless drill holes or expensive studies.

I THINK that CB has said there won't be any more drilling, but it sure wouldn't do any harm to CONFIRM that again and focus on maximizing Manica cash flow to XTR for a while. BR hasn't worked, bite the bullet, mothball it and be grateful that we can generate towards £5m net per year as we are.

Personally I think NW Zambia is a very interesting area so some economic work up there is OK by me. If others nearby start hitting interesting discoveries and deals then we could still have a good future at XTR. Bushranger is a gonner, be gone with it.
