Zoopla reporting 273 "Just added" listings over the last 24 hours. This includes properties coming back on the market after sales falling through and ones returning after a marketing break. You can usually assume the number returning to be around 15 to 20 percent.

Just book an appointment and ask your questions using messaging. Everything on record then. If you deal with people on the phone or at the viewing they'll tell you what you want to hear. Cut out the middle man and get things done faster.

The normal mechanism for an offer with PB is for it to go directly to the seller. If somebody has viewed a property they will have arranged it via the PB platform. This all sounds a bit odd.

Shareholders need a statement from the company like they did back at the start of February. Is current trading still in line with company guidance?

I've just been looking at London HPI since 1960 and it's only really the steep 18 month drop in 2007 which stands out. From Sept 88 to March 90 HPI was flat. Then prices dropped 20% over two and a half years and have increased from then until 2007. I keep hearing that housebuilding is cyclic and wonder what people mean by this. Until I saw the graph I thought they were referring to house prices. If it is house prices that is being referred to then it's hard to identify a cycle in that time-frame anyway. I suppose I was just wondering if somebody can explain to me what is meant when the say housebuilding is cyclic.

Well that's not the case with Milly if you read his posts. In fact the information that he provided had already been posted so I think if you take his other posts into account it's really little more than a bitter Estate Agent gloating. And your posts, how do they provide balance?
