Zoopla reporting 245 "Just added" listings over the last 24 hours. This includes properties coming back on the market after sales falling through and ones returning after a marketing break. You can usually assume the number returning to be around 15 to 20 percent.

There are today 714 LPEs . Down from 735 on 5/3/18. Around this time last month the number increased significantly which I assume was a batch of new recruits. https://www.purplebricks.co.uk/search-local-expert?ref=header

IG Index (and I think one other spread bet firm) don't offer the ability to sell short any more. The reason given was that they can't borrow stock. They actually closed open positions a while back.

HPI for flats/maisonettes in Newham rose 4.4% from December 2016 to December 2017. For Wandsworth it was -1.6%.

On 2nd February PB gave an impromptu trading update where they stated "With a few key months remaining the Board of Purplebricks is pleased with progress and confirms trading is in line with the Board's expectations" They claimed "6,160 instructions in January 2018, up 66% year-on-year" So February, March & April are the key months in question. 8% of UK H1 revenue was from letting (up from 5% for the whole of FY 2017) and average revenue per instruction increased by 14% in H1 compared to H1 in 2017. To achieve the �84m UK guidance turnover for the year, H2 turnover needs to be about �44m, up by approx. 77% from the �24.9m in the same period of 2017. Last year February to April were very good months for PB. In April 2017 there were 5497 instructions according to the Chief Execs. statement with the 2017 results.

I may be reading too much into what they were expecting back at the end of June 2017 but they say "Implemented processes for faster growth - we should grab the opportunity". The growth of LPEs at that point was 121% up on the previous year with 448 LPEs at the end of April 2017 and 540 by 29th June 2017. They had increased their training capacity to 100 LPEs a month. There are currently 720 LPEs if I'm not mistaken but there is still about 7 weeks left until the end of the financial year. Something for those of you holding the shares to keep a close eye on in my opinion. Along with the daily number of listings on Zoopla.

There are other sites such as realty.com, zillow.com & redfin.com that have been around for a long time now. You will see the PB page says "Meet your Purplebricks Buying Agent". If you buy through PB I think they give you $1000 as an incentive.

TalygarnTom, Thanks for getting back. Does this not show all listings by all realtors? PB will act as buying agent for any property in the market. I don't see any way to limit the results to properties listed by PurpleBricks so please advise if you have found how to do this.

And you are rude and don't know how to behave on a public forum. Using level2 data provided by Quotestream. Been managing my own investments for 33 years now. Current public orders 37495 buyers and 88428 sellers. If you have level 2 access you too can see the public orders and real-time trades.

Just checked the public orders in the market and there is "buy volume" of 25026 and "sell volume" of 80798. Is that what you're seeing bandit1?
