Can anyone clarify how Maginito are funding the construction of the US, Germany and UK recycling plants? Will there be equity issuance required at the MKA level? Or is it all at the project level, in which case will Mkango's 80% holding in Maginito be diluted? Thanks for any info.

Yes, it's 8 million cubic feet per day on the full open flow - not 8,000. Stupid Americans use bizzare prefixes not used in any other country in the 21st century, like "m" for thousand, as well as medieval volume measurements like "cubic feet". Totally confusing to the rest of the world, and hard to believe in a country that prides itself as being economically advanced that their measuring system is still stuck in the 1700s.

So "8,000mcf "means "8,000 thousand cubic feet" = 8 million cubic feet.

8,000 cubic feet would be just a few domestic rooms full of gas ie. virtually nothing.

Looks like no Amsden results today then. I very much doubt there will be an intraday RNS given the time zone difference. So tomorrow or Wednesday. (Remember that it's their Thanksgiving holiday on Thursday and Friday). Excitement builds LOL

There is absolutely no guarantee (yet) that any of the company's prospects will deliver *commercial* helium or hydrogen. It's looking 'relatively' hopeful, but there could easily be massive swings before any commercial find is declared, which could itself take up to 2 months with all the repairs and stimulation needed at Ingomar.

Playboule, if you've genuinely gone "all in" on a micro gas explorer then I fear that your judgement is impaired. It sounds like you're stressed about it, if you get the chance on Monday you could consider lightening up substantially even if it's at a loss - could help you to sleep. Thanks BodRuncie, yes that's the one! I just wanted to see the charts about the Amsden He shows again. In general it looks hopeful for the lab results (next week?) but there is no guarantee that there will be a commercial He %age. HEX still has substantial risk.

A couple of weeks ago there was a presentation where Bo and DM showed the preliminary in-hole test results they had got from the 3 formations during drilling. Does anyone have a link to that presentation please? I can't even remember which online platform it was on. Thanks.

After all the smoke and light of the last 2 days, can I just confirm my understanding of the current situation?

1. Flathead: Measured 2.5% helium in a surface sample, and 55% hydrogen in a sample from drilling mud, but needs stimulation to get it to flow for proper measurements. Stimulation to happen after Rudyard announcement, so that will be probably early January? Meanwhile there are no guarantees, and there may be more exploration drilling required, especially for the hydrogen reservoir.

2. Charles: "promising" but no cigar. More work needed, seems like some formation damage.

3. Amsden: high pressure gas flows, but the helium content is unknown. Lab test results due in the next few days. Likely to be some helium, as 600ppm (0.06%) was discovered during the first drill. But actual commercial-%age helium is not guaranteed.

4. Rudyard: drill results due in probably 2 weeks. Sounds promising overall from the interview, but again no guarantees.

Yes fair point Legin. In any case, there won't be any need for the multi-year funding assembly timescale which is typically required for large mineral mines...

Dream Theatre, the Lassonde Curve for miners is very sensible, but what it doesn't take into account at HEX is that the cost for constructing a plant is very low compared to most mineral mines, and the equity portion of any funding package can probably be funded from Hex's remaining cash balance. Plus the time to production start is barely a year.

When I said IPO'd I should have said 'listed'.

My understanding is that if a company is IPO'd with a shareholder *already* owning more than 30% then they don't have to make an offer. If you think about it, that would be silly really. However if at any time they *increase* their holding %age then the mandatory offer rule kicks in. I'm sure I've been in that situation before.
