Guys it's not hard to just click the 'Trades' button and you will see that the 14M trade was registered on Jan 3, and possibly worked from the previous day at that size. I can't honestly see it being a buy, I think it was a sell, although it's hard to tell. In any case it's "in the price" now...

If we can break and close above 10p, I reiterate my suggested fair value of 15p today...

Personally I think that 15p is fair value at this point. I think we have a consensus on the boards that Songwe is worth close to $100m for a quick sale of the project - that's over 20p by itself. The developing high-IRR magnet recycling business is in for free - and there should be plenty of positive progress reports in the coming weeks IMO

And not forgetting that Songwe is fully defined and permitted! That takes away a huge chunk of the risk and delays of operating in Africa. Malawi is a relatively safe jurisdiction, it's not like Nigeria or even worse Mali, Guinea or Burkina Faso.

Having said that I would also agree that if Cohen Bros, rather than arranging a flotation, arranged a straightforward sale of Songwe in the $70-100m range net to MKA, that would be a satisfactory result!

There are 1000 grams in a kilo and 1000 kilos in a ton. So there are a million grams in a ton.

So 1 part per million is exactly the same as 1 gram per ton.

Apologies fair enough if it's main market. The UK main market isn't exactly a welcoming environment at the moment, especially for minnows...

Given that the company only have a few more sessions to announce their results and be allowed to resume trading, that they in fact won't do so? From their point of view, being listed has been a disaster for the share price, as it has for so many companies on AIM. If they need to raise (say) £10m to finally get themselves to sustainable profitability, doing that at a AIM's usual savage discount when they're at 5p will be an even bigger disaster. Better for them to delist and then seek private financing at a much more realistic price, away from the AIM shorting casino. Of course shareholders could continue to hold a private company. What you wouldn't want is a for them to just declare insolvency and do a pre-pack admin where the management (or this Saudi company) steal long-suffering shareholders' shares off them. Good luck to everyone still holding anyway, I suppose you/we will know one way or the other by 31/12.

Spodulike I don't know where you're getting £5m cap from. There are now 4bn shares in issue, multiplied by 0.2p, makes £8m cap. Still cheap IMO but try to get your facts right?

Yes it seems to be holding up OK so far, although volume is low so it's hard to tell.
