Is there somewhere that we can see the very latest position on how many warrants are outstanding? I saw that 64M were issued in the RNS in January, will all remaining warrants issues be "hidden" in the 6-monthly block listing, so we won't get another update until July?

The "follow up" article in Gasworld about the Russian export embargo has a commentator saying that "it won't make much difference as most of it was probably going to China". Er... If the Chinese suddenly aren't getting Russian helium then they're going to have to get it from somewhere else, driving up prices ?!?!

The high HREE/REE ratio in the new find means it's more likely to be recoverable economically I think.

But glad they've said they're not delaying the fluorspar and gallium MRE waiting for the HREE work.

Well yes we know there are no more share issuance authorities, but they can always request more authorities at a GM as we all know. They do need money to advance their products, that's nothing to be surprised at, it's why small companies list! But as I said, I see no reason to raise in the next 5-6 months now they have the latest £300k placing plus £300k warrants. Just focus on delivery and news flow... The current sub £5m cap seems too low for what they have IMHO, albeit the market is shaky with the orange moron's antics.

The company have just placed for £300k and issued the same amount of in-the-money warrants. £600k will keep them going for 6 months. I see no immediate need for another placing - we know they're seeking funding, but it may be at a higher price, or issued at subsidiary level (non-dilutive for BSAF).

Some have posted their view that £1 per share is very near... Personally I can't see that organically in the very short term... But it could certainly be possible in the next 6-9 months if we get good offtakes and the production ramps up as hoped...

However the way we *could* get £1 in the short term is a takeover. I've seen several people suggesting it, eg Charles Archer etc. And frankly it might be better for a bigger fish to snap us up before we start getting into commercial offtakes and ramping up production, because they might then have to pay £1.50 or even £2 a share...plus it would be messier for an industry supplier like Air Liquide or Messer to move, if offtakes with competitors had been signed... Given the elevated He prices and security of supply problems, we might even see a large end-user swoop in? A large chip factory for example. It's not unheard of, remember that Delta Airlines have their own jet fuel refinery...

Yes IMO there's a high chance the MRE will land in April. Certainly no later than early May. Could be a good time to get in now or buy a few more, if the SP appears to have double-bottomed...

I've just watched the interview. The content of Connon's speech was very positive IMO, but by god he needs to take some training in delivery!!

Where can I find management and significant investor holdings? The company's website doesn't seem to show them - I thought it was a requirement?
