Good morning Robert34 "Where is TEAM BMD these days? Jumped ship?" I have come to the conclusion that SUPERSHARE is BMD. He repeated the "4billion barrel" fanatasy story BMD used in his blog. His language is the same , ie "VIVA TEAM CLEM" Also he used this phrase in his recent exchanges with me ;".....accuse people that are trying to help us" SUPERSHRE denied he was Chrisoil but stated he would be at the Master investor show. I doubt he is Clem Chambers or Mike Hodges. He may be reluctant to admit he still has an interest in SER for obvious reasons. As for the money; He stated he would not take ant more than £1.00. That turned out the way of many of his assertions; not true. Would love to know about the company doing the audit and whose behind it. . How much money is left. ? How much has been spent on audit "fees". When will Clem update everyone?

Your interest in SER has not gone away. You still are a fractional holder Jas. The 'investment' in AEY does not encourage me to think the gang of 3 are going to pony up any of their money for SER. Its not impossible that they could surprise all by announcing SER is not salvageable and they have been 'forced' to wind up. The blame will be laid at previous managements door.

Hi nipknot. I think that there's a good chance that the position in AEY is more about a 'smash & grab'. If they wound up AEY there appears to be a juicy load of cash to distribute for a fast profit. Well, that's what some have speculated. As for AEY taking over SER; why? SER has nothing of value for AEY, imo.

The question of money running out in July was before the settlements with creditors and the abandonment of the Athena interest. I think some are under a misapprehension that TRAP still have an Athena interest. Not anymore TRAP are effectively now a cash shell and not bleeding cash every month. Looks like oil is dropping fast again so just as well. But what next? Not looking great. Priority is to Pursue the TOTAL no drill compensation. Perhaps they were hoping to avoid paying , delaying hoping to see TRAP go bust. Perversely the most attractive interest for those who want a cash shell is the enormous tax losses.

The clue,imo, is they are exactly the same size trades very close together. How about a rollover?

Good evening sstarski. In the First Energy Capital report dated 20th March 2012 They gave the Athena Gross resource range as 12 - 14.3 - 16.6 (mmbbl). At least i am trying to make sense of why the PMG offer seems so low . I was surprised by the low bid but not now. I h ave crunched the numbers making errors on the way maybe. However the PMG offer does not look so bad. It appears on many threads people are just too lazy to work the numbers for themselves and follow tipsters including on e famous one who claimed LHD will have,a t the end of this year, more cash o n the books than the cap. If my numbers are wrong tell me. Its all rather pathetic when posters do not like what they hear, upsetting their 9p a share dream s, and having to resort to childish put downs. Hendersons are going to take a big loss here . IF they thought it poor they would not have agreed. But what do you ad on BB's? stupid conspiracy theories implying corruption and underhand deals...get real people and grow up .

lol . Just for you georgesaa .....Its not all bad on the figures...... Here is the plus side for LHD for the next 12 months . If LHD receives 1100 barrels a day for 365 days to next june LHD will have 401500 barrels. At $92 per barrel gross earnings will be $33.98 million. Take off 20% gross and you are left with$27.04million. Take off costs and at $24 per barrel (as per accounts rate) we have 401500 times 24 we have costs of $9.63 million. the balance being $17.41 million equals £11.38million. Deduct the £1 million hendersons loan and £1million admin and the balance is £9.38 million. I did assume no Athena capital expenditure .That equals 3.13p per share in June 2014. LHD will paid off $6.94 million of the $14 million owed at the 20% rate. Bascically there's 2 years from now at the 20% rate. Thats all not so bad really. I am now going to trott off to the vet lol

Ps As for risk do you think all risk has now gone and its certain 14.3 or 22 million will be recovered?

good afternoon Ivelostthelo. What figures do you think i have got wrong as per cost per barrel. I do not think TRAP got a discount for "loss of Earnings" Their final installment was minus the value of all the oil produced since the deal was originally agreed. Please read the rns which shows TRAP paid £18.9 million to complete the deal. What loss of Earnings?I believe the haircut was over some concerns as to the size of the recoverable reserves at the time. Subsequent events seem to suggest this was an unwarranted fear.

Just another thought on the PMG offer which is £14.5 million. Because LHD managed to add more debt in the form of the Henderson loan repayable in October; it means effectively that PMG have valued LHD's share of Athena at £15.5 million. A miilion pounds has to be repaid. This adversly affects the per b arrel cost i previously calculated at £14.85. The new figure is £15.54 per barrel compared to TRAP's £14.82.. PMG want LHD for their future cash generation. They want to pay in paper and that's understandable with the view to securing cash flow. Trouble is, Cornhill want 6p in CASH. I doubt PMG want more debt. Struggling to see Cornhill getting their way.
