'deliver value' are they joking? Their own capex for Bentley 'development' is over $3.5 BILLION. Do they take people for fools? $10 million, IMO,, is a maximum figure for the purposes of keeping the lights to give time for a quick sale; NOT development.

If you had not chosen to believe the rampers and stick withb XEL so long you wouldn't be in your position. Someone asked a civil question and i gave a civil answer. I see someone just paid 1.64p per share. It does not take a genius to work out that if, after dilution, the share price remains at 1.64p that will market value the company at approximately £360 Million Sterling. Tell me that is realistic. If you believe that , hold. If you do not then you might consider selling. I am not telling anyone to SELL , I am offering an opinion. We will just have to wait and see what happens.

Hanging on to shares until after dilution is an extremely bad idea. They are going to be priced at a small fraction of what some have paid today. I think all evidence points to the BH's wanting a fast disposal and its unlikely to be for very much.

I think the relationships between the "three" is unhealthy for shareholders interests. Whilst acting as SER & ADVFN CEO Clem Chambers and the pair invested as a concert party to buy into AEY. Looking at the cash held by the company; i suspect they have ambitions to carpetbag that company and try and get hold of that companies cash. See CO's pr lady tweets on 9th December 15. These guys are not in the difficult long term task of building profitable businesses. A quick turn more like. Ahhh! some will shout , but what about ADVFN? Yes CC has been CEO there. Seventeen years without profits and many share issues. Since CC has become involved with SER ADVFN (AFN) share price has halved. The last results there were awful. I do hope that if/when the accounts are released that the CEO clarifies what new relationshipn BMD has with SER. BMD has already tweeted that he is involved in some way. I find that incredible because it was previously, apparently made clear by the regulatory authorities that they were unhappy with his involvement . The result being no nomad would act for SER. What realistic chance of a re-listing is there if BMD is again part of the team?. His involvement now can only logically be considered an impediment to a re-listing . It appears he maybe acting as a defacto director or possibly something else. This is where it gets awkward because if i explicitly write here what i have heard about which pair is running a consultancy and receiving large fees; someone will run off whinning again to LSE and have my posts taken down again. High fees possibly being paid to 'consultants' might explain why the CEO failed to reveal the current cash balance. My guess is that the current cash balance is actually a number between £100K & £200K. The number can not be higher than £300k imo as i posted earlier. These numbers are too small, imo, to realistically call SER a going concern. There are clearly insufficient funds to pay any listing fees. Exchanges typically require some basic minimum requirements before any listing. These include a credible management team with a realistic plan and a minimum 12 months working capital. Not sure what oppourtunities are open to SER without yet another huge injection of capital. Clem seems to think there's a good reason to keep going. We will just have to await Clems plans and those accounts which i hope will be properly checked by an independent auditor.
