Some of Jas quote's;
"Our finances are in a much better place now as the bleeding has stopped."
"They will be looking at opportunities, it's a guessing game what sector that may be in.
Could they take over a small distressed company for their listing it is probable ??"
======================================================
I despair when i read your posts. How can you possibly say the finances are in a much better place?
If the cash situation was so much better now; why didn't Clem reveal the balance?
How can you say the bleeding has stopped? Have you ever considered there might be some very expensive "consultants " taking ridiculous fees?
Clem refusing to reveal the cash balance makes me suspect the company IS being bled.
As for taking over a distressed company for their listing! Incredible thought. SER haver no more than £300k cash. How far will that go?. A "distressed company" !! What do you think any 'distressed company' will need? Bloody good businessmen with a plan for a start ,and of course a large shed load of finance.
Remember what Clem said about the costs of simply maintaining a listing?
The thought of BMD bringing another a super 'asset' like Kansas again to SER should make you shudder. If the companies 'distressed' its for dam good reasons.
I imagine the Team would love to get a listing by hook or crook because with one they could con the gullible yet again with tall stories of billions barrels of oil just waiting for us.
Another Jas quote;
"Cyan, Kool, Robert, Mr Jay, Kublikhan all spout things from the past they are pure numpties "
A Swifty quote;
"but there is supposed to be high end investors and a 4billion barrel deal, all of which seems to be forgotton"
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
That's your problem Jas; you have a very short memory.
The company with the poential 4 Billion barrels is BPC who have been looking for a partner with at least $100 million for exploratory drilling.
Who was it who claimed they were invoved in active negoiations for the 'potential' billions of barrels?
If you do not learn from past mistakes you are doomed to fail again and again.
Trusting BMD was a HUGE mistake.
