Who has been drawing on the funds? Who are the consultants? Why are you reluctant to keep shareholders informed? Some might be begining to suspect that the company is quietly being carved up and the next thing shareholders will be told is that you are winding SER up. So much for openess and transparency. What are you hiding from shareholders?

Some of us have been following and highlighting behaviour of certain persons here who have , at times, misled investors. Some of us are going to hold those holding the piggy bank now to account for what's been happening; or not, as the case MAY be.

Turney's business history is nothing to write home about; that's for sure. What's going on is opaque . It seems to me that CC is using an EGM Resolution as an excuse to wind up SER and distribute funds. Does not appear he is that confident they are close to closing a good deal or else he'd fight more. I doubt the name of any 'consultant' will emerge any-time soon. I actually doubt we will ever know if CC keeps control of the process and rushes to wind up thwarting BT's plans.

Good morning tozerk. The reluctance to publish any accounts raises questions. I have long feared that SER's 'future' will be a long slow bleeding of funds, including to certain 'consultants' until its final demise. I think Clem will explain that, despite his best efforts , he was unable to conclude a deal, and, by the way there's sod all funds left. The alternative 'positive' scenario could be that he has a deal, however it does require re-capitalization of SER and the shareholders to 'invest' more funds. If TW is right, and, on the face of it, his numbers look reasoned; SER is blowing £10,000 per month somehow. Another year of this and next to nothing will be left.
