SER holders 'dumped' on8 Nov 2016 10:40
BMD now wants to wind up SER. He really has done very well out of the farce;
He stated he would not take ant more than £1.00 from SER in remueration . That turned out the way of many of his assertions; not true. "Am I selling, Hell no"
Here is the extract on his remuneration
"The Board has agreed that Mr Levi will receive a salary for the three months to 30 April 2015 of £1.00, together with the grant of options over 65,000,000 Shares (the "Share Options"), equivalent to 2.40% of the Company's current issued share capital following the Share Placement mentioned above. The Share Options have an exercise price of 0.05 pence per Share,…….
…….Mr Levi has indicated that any salary he may be offered would in all likelihood be politely declined."

I note that in May following BMD posting a link to his blog a poster ( on ADVFN SER thread) asked him these questions.

Care to explain why you dumped 60 million shares
i)7 days after saying you wouldn't sell,
ii)ramping it up around the city,
iii)shortly before supposed company making news,
iv)on the same day as your fellow Savesure member chrisoil also dumped (after he committed blatant market abuse, natch)
v)whilst knowing exactly what impact it would have on the holdings of those still invested?
BMD did not respond. What do you read into that silence?
