The website is back up but no mention of any AGM. No sign of those accounts either. I think the 'consultants' should do the right thing and repay their incredible 'fees' and then, Clem should return all the cash to shareholders. Would save a lot of embarrassment. Sefton's website is down again. Are the paying by the week for the web page? How can there be an AGM without notice to anyone? One way to avoid awkward questions I suppose, like who have you been paying to as 'consultants'. Would have been nice to see the accounts but they are 'top secret' it seems.
