Serious money here. There will be 2/3 interested parties with bidding starting at £1 who knows where this can go, possibly double that. Don’t forget Proactis are top six in their own right in revenue terms, that’s huge.

Another potentially massive opportunity for Proactis, coupled with the Government G-cloud news surely the pipeline now looks as good if not better than when the sp was around £1.50/£2?! This is massively undervalued, get in while you can!

Exactly. This will easily get back over £1 on its own sooner rather than later anyway because the drop was a massive overreaction. Since then all the signs have been positive (interim report and weakened pound) If Coupa or IBM want to acquire them they will have to pay handsomely, don’t forget in terms of revenue Proactis are major players in their own right and research suggests they would compliment IBM and Coupa businesses very nicely indeed = it’s worth we’ll in excess of 3,4 x current sp. Very good one to be in if you got in low and even those that didn’t will soon be back into the blue.

The weakened pound (very good for Proactis) and future prospects mean the directors don’t need to accept a silly price. Any takeover would need to be comfortably in excess of £1 to be considered here I feel.

It’s a buy for sure. Be interested to know who that was. I still say this screams takeover. What price would Proactis put on that I wonder?!

Mid 30's myself but spare a thought for those who bought in around the £1.50 mark. I hope this continues to recover, some hefty buys going through so I can see it rising high. A good August update could see this back over £1 no problem.

Those selling at these prices need their heads examined. Massive potential here for 2,3,4 or even 5 x current SP. Remember - a weakened pound is a VERY GOOD thing for Proactis - much of their income is from outside UK. Brexit is also not a bad thing at all for them. These are worth holding onto.

The potential for the business if management can get it right is huge. It should easily get back up to £4 or £5 a share if not better over the course of the next year imo.

Bought in at around 13p and looking to hold and see what happens. Don’t be in a rush to sell here, the technology is there and directors backing it up is a good sign. Onwards and upwards...
