No room here for negativity, not even there’s more than 1 interested party in advanced talks. Also major shareholders influential in obtaining the true value, which will be in excess of £1.20. A little more patience needed.

I'd be surprised if they release news on the FSP at the same time as the end of year results - would've thought they'd want to separate the news. Same goes for the APF.

It’s not our call, it’s the ii’s and bod. I highly doubt anything below £1.20 would be considered given the investment levels of both. Factor in the massive oversell this year which has given a very ‘false’ current sp...they should be trading over £1 before bids. Behind the SAP/Coupa/IBM heavyweights, Proactis are big players in their own right. New product launch and positive year end update and we are over £1 anyway.

One thing that’s overlooked is how this business would perfectly compliment the likes of Coupa, IBM, SAP who are the major players in the field. To add Proactis and it’s clients to their portfolios is something that could spark the bidding war - whoever gets it could get a monopoly on the medium sized business market. Who knows, maybe the bidding war is what’s delaying the news on the FSP. Exciting times to be in this share.

Hey Mazik, yeah I’m tuned in here! Great start to the week and more to come. Think news on FSP is imminent. There’s hardly any resistance here now so we should be nearer the £1 mark before bids. Patience will be rewarded.

Fair point Noggers, though I was in PTSG and wasn’t told sh*t. One day got a nice surprise the sp shot up 150% first I knew about takeover. There’s a lot of ii’s to please here so it could take some time. I think will be closer to £1.50 than £1 though.

Strict non disclosure rules around the FSP means they’re limited with what information can be disclosed at this point. Once all due diligence is done and firm bids are on the table only then will they release that to shareholders. It’s been over 2 months already so I expect news this month before the annual results.

I’ve a feeling there’s a mini bidding war going on with 2-3 major investors involved, hence why this is all taking time to even release any info on the FSP. This will of course push the price up. I think eventually we will see this back to its rightful sp around the £1.50 mark with or without bids. I think any low ball offers around 95p-£1.10 would have been dismissed by the board - they know they can grow the business independently and that the April drop was massively overdone. We have a very false sp right now when you look at revenue and ebitda. You also need to take into account the larger institutions, who are invested around £1.20, they will want to see a return. Good time to be invested here.

The institutions involved here are not going to accept a low ball offer and by low ball I mean anything under £1.20. Buyer will have to pay the proper value, which I believe should be around £1.50. Biddding war could push it higher. Going over £1 soon before bids.

Rumour of initial interest around 90-95p but then you need to factor in the bidding war this will spark. Proactis are big players in their own right so don’t need to let this go cheap. APF launch in October will see it fly.

No deal Brexit (if it happens) isn’t necessarily a bad thing for Proactis so no worries there. It might even be positive for them. This is a relatively Brexit proof stock.

For that reason I think the takeover offer will be quite high and surprise a few...otherwise why entertain the idea?

Have to disagree, I think Coupa would be VERY interested in acquiring a company like Proactis, not only does it take out one of their major competitors, it gives them access to lucrative markets they don't currently operate in.

Could well be Coupa, first name that popped into my head when the approach from US company was announced. With Proactis’ presence in UK and Europe you get the sense it would compliment their business very well indeed. I guess we won’t have long to find out!
