Not sells it’s DBAY buying huge swathes of the company at 35p again.

65p would value the company at 1.2 x revenue or 4 x EBITDA. SaaS companies sell for a median of 11 x EBITDA. In Proactis’ case that’s around £1.50/£1.60. So 65p grossly undervalues the company. It would be a disastrous outcome for the board.

Covid mitigated, FY20 in the bag, ARR growth, record new business levels and BePayd progress, I’m expecting a decent end of year update.

More 35p trades disguised as sells. Look out for DBAY increasing.

FSP - “several interested parties”.

I see it as a positive sign that the stock is so tightly held with institutions adding in huge volume recently. That said, the longer it’s sat here at mid-late 30s, the more they become a sitting duck for a takeover imo.

Bunco it wouldn’t surprise me one bit if Romulak (DBAY) are working with the interested parties that delayed and debated so much on the FSP as they trawled over the financials.

RNS: DBAY have increased to 11%

Yeah if DBAY have increased you can be sure they’re not doing it for long term gain. They’re known for aggressive investing and could be accumulating as much as possible before making a bid. Based on ARR of over £40 million and record new business levels of over £11.5 million up to May, before any commercial update on BePayd and business in the US picking up, I’d be disappointed if it was under £1.10.

Yes 12th June that threshold crossed plus another 5 million of buys today I suspect. Possible buying on behalf of a bidder who was in talks during FSP.

Someone’s certainly hoovering up at 35p, the bid hasn’t moved for a couple of weeks despite the ‘sells’. Good sign that 35p is a support level. I would say an institution is buying.

Could actually be an RNS incoming, look at the trade history for the last two weeks. All those ‘sells’ at 35p, 2-3 million shares is it? It’s had no negative affect on share price so have to assume buys from an ii. We shall see, very unusual trades though.

You make a good point Bunco. And I do think we have an ii buying at 35p. It’s been held there for a couple of weeks and never slipped below. 35p is a big supper level.

I would say it’s buys, look at the trades at 35p, it’s been going on for days/weeks now. Held while institutions load up - mates rates. We’ll probably get a TR1 RNS soon.

No dumping, those are mostly buys look at the prices.

Probably be bought out by then.

Only because we’re now reporting non hospital deaths aswell, which is what other countries were doing all along.

Without positive news I don’t see how they can fight off a hostile takeover.
