Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
I repeat what I said the other day here. Shorters are on thin ice. Takeover target, move to NASDAQ, new contract wins (Nike rumoured), general growth into non retail markets, interest rates past their peak, EBITDA heading in the right direction...and a few other good reasons why the SP should tick upwards. I am all in favour of a move to the US market because they need to distance themselves from UK where people vjew then as a supermarket. Huge potential market for Ocado.
A few of us have been calling for the move to the NASDAQ for a while, before these reports surfaced. The UK market is valuing Ocado as if it is a supermarket. It isn't valuing the technology. With massive customers the other side of the Atlantic it's time to move the listing.
Reported that investor pressure is mounting to move to the US. Can anyone here confirm what happens to our shares if Ocado move to the NASDAQ? Do shareholders need to do anything? Never been invested in a company that switches their listing to the US.
