Very snazzy indeed, you'd think they would have updated the shares in issue before launching it. It begs the question what their PR company do? no doubt we will have to let the media know about it

Anything in the last RNS that infers they have shunned or postponed, The key words here are, "mutually agreed to extend" I believe if the SML lands in the next week or so, the required approvals will most likely be met.

SEPCO III's internal investment approval process is ongoing and could not be completed before the 30 September 2018 due date by which all conditions, including required approvals, had to be obtained.

The parties have mutually agreed to extend the due date for this process to 30 November 2018. Further updates will be provided in due course.

Where does it say SEPCO have shunned Kibo, what utter drivel, they haven’t completed their due diligence. No more no less !

Greed Mizman, pure and simple greed, he thought he was onto a sure fire winner back in 2012 when he wrote that article for Cornhill on Kibo. Now he either lied through his teeth in it, or he genuinely believed in the story he was writing. Clearly the latter and he lost a lot of money apparently. I'm sure he is probably filling his coffers with cheap shares as we speak whilst dissing the company and dissuading current and future investors and generally creating distrust in the company and particularly the CEO.
His agendas are as transparent as they come, trust your own judgement and ignore him, these boards are full of leeches, they will suck the life blood out of you.

Not that it's any of your business bu I sold most of my shares at 5.6526p, still hold a much reduced amount that i'm comfortable with.

I actually agree with him, and no the evidence is not undeniable. The fact that records do not date back long enough to establish categorically that the melting of the ice cap is not just cyclical cannot be proved. It is therefor quite convenient to use this period of global temperature increase for political purposes and in most instances for tax generation by governments.The planet warms and cools over millions/trillions of years, that's what it does, the evidence is there in black and white. The ice age was followed by the temperate climate we have now, interspersed with shorter periods of extremes, El Nino and La Nina control these. Only as recently as 1600, the Thames froze and it will probably freeze again.
Anyway, it makes a change arguing the toss over when not if the SML/PPA/FC/ETC will land, all driven by coal
