Not everyone buys shares for a quick buck, some people to do possess an attention span beyond the end of their nose .

As part of this reorganization the relationship between Kibo and Shumba will be expanded to include jointly managing and overseeing the development of a bespoke 300MW power station (the 'KP1 Power Plant') through the incorporation of a new company to be held 35%-40% by Kibo and the balance by Shumba. Shumba would provide the full development funding requirement for associated feasibility and technical studies. The KP1 Power Plant is in addition to the MCIPP and envisaged to provide power to a Petrochemical plant ('PCP') which will provide first Botswana, with up to 80% of its domestic liquid / gas fuel requirements, and later the Southern African market at large. Currently all of Botswana's liquid / gas fuel is imported. It has been agreed that the consolidated MCIPP Resource will supply the PCP, the KP1 Power Plant and the MCIPP power plant with coal. The following commercial off take agreements will be signed to enable the above arrangements:

· Coal Sale Agreements with KEB to establish the MCIPP Resource as a secure and exclusive feedstock supply of coal for:

o The PCP for 100% of its feedstock requirements (on the back of a binding Coal Supply Agreement already put in place by Shumba);

o The KP1 Power Plant for 100% of its fuel needs; and

o The MCIPP Power Station for 100% of its fuel needs

· Power Purchase Agreement between the PCP and the KP1 Power Plant for exclusive supply of the necessary 300MW of electricity to the PCP.

· Power Purchase agreements between MCIPP power plant and future commercial off takers.

And until I sell ONE SINGLE share, I haven't lost a penny, Now, I might not make as much as I would have liked, I might not make anything at all, but that's life and If I lose the whole bloody lot, then I still have a good salary, a good job, no mortgage ...oh and my pension, so what have I really got to worry about.

There is a perfect example of a BB troll. Arrive , swamp the board with negativity, attack LTH's, destroy any sentiment, make out you know more than everyone else and you are always right, repeatedly drive the message that the bottom is "x" and the charts are always right.
Well, my message to prospective investors is, perhaps listen to LTH's as they actually have a vested interest in the company and don't take any notice of those who purport to do so, as they generally don't give a damn about anyone other than themselves.
They will be long gone at the first opportunity , will change from negative to moderately or overly positive , will suck you in and tell you how many shares they are buying and what the target will be, but they have sold out already and leave you holding the baby. Then smug as **** will tell you how great they are and how much profit they made by buying at the bottom and selling at the top. It's all b0llox of course. Anyone with half an ounce of savvy had you sussed the minute you arrived. You were good, i'll give you that, better than the other muppets.
