It's quite hard to get your head around reading the Chairmans report of the achievements to date and the future, and then you look at the shareprice and mcap, there is a serious disconnect there, soon to be remedied hopefully.

When the market also acknowledges that Kibo now has potentially 4 power plants with associated assets and MED there is no way the share price or MCAP can remain at these pitiful levels. So let's get the inevitable funding out the way asap and get one or all these projects moving.

where does it say that the company has payed out again? are you sure they paid for them the first time round?. if you read the last kibo fact sheet from sept 18, the upcoming events section, it says "Final water permits (provisional approval
granted) for coal & power plants", the key words being " upcoming" ie that's after sept 18 and "provisional" meaning not approved. They may have lapsed due to the failure of the tender and now have been re submitted.
