Relationship with NCM is obviously important. But one would expect there to be agreement on development in any event. The project is at the stage when mutuality should not be in dispute on progress.
NCM are leading. MRE will occur as and when ( a share price matter at a point in time only? )

So Ggp might, or might not, time ASX listing to coincide with a raise.
And it is not a priority, but Ggp will consolidate it's shares ' as appropriate.'

On that, and it is absolutely hypothetical on this bb anyway, bearing in mind progress etc., it is hard to see any raise below the Wyloo price.

Nor me as far as we can foresee. We all know on these things, not just Ggp, sometimes nothing can be ruled in or out. There may be non-Havieron matters, and the posting here goes to the dynamic Havieron resource.

Like you, I see nothing to houghts of a raise at this stage.

It would also be naive to think Mr. Day is not a corporate man and will not become increasingly so. That’s his job. He has no need to champion pi’s, and the ASX listing will be to facilitate access to more institutional investors, raising cash when the need arises. The object is to progress the company, and the share price is secondary, as long as there is cash to be found. This share may be viewed as overburdened by pi’s. I think I read somewhere Mr Day said he would much prefer a better balance. Corporates will have their way over pi’s. That is usually the case, and not just a mining thing.

I don’t see it as a change of tack. It’s not detrimental to the project, and as partners they should anyway have been agreed on what happens when. As developers NCM will lead, and if it’s not unreasonable Ggp will follow. If you take the view a CEO never changes his views, you would be wrong.

First and foremost, Mr. Day’s responsibility for Havieron is to transition it into mining.
PI’s are a secondary consideration as it moves along.
It’s where we finish up that matters.
And one must always be pragmatic about bids.

For us, it’s off. Nevertheless, it’s the equivalent of what any potential bidder for the company and Ggp would be thinking about.

Comparing dividends to bodily functions has all sorts of possibilities.

Some complain about the study being pushed back. But it should not be seen as delaying the overall project - more getting it right for future operations, on a ‘more haste less speed basis.’

I think Wyloo were more in the driving seat on that one, to get the funding through. Going to previous conversations, you can argue about it, but these CEO’s don’t do badly. ‘We’ paid Mr. Day £507k last year, so he gets few plaudits from me for doing his job.

The banks, in my opinion, would have required some assurance that no matter what was in the ground, it could be economically mined. The basis for that seems likely to have been the 2021 PFS. And went on with supporting information and foresight to target funding for the DFS.

But I wasn’t at any of the meetings.

I have no argument about funding. You raised that when you decided to take me on on the bb. I can live with that.

And the funding appears to have been based on the pre-feasibility study. But it’s done, so far, and will be confirmed by the DFS.
