I think on share price, one must at least also acknowledge the fact that Greatland has no revenue/earnings to take advantage of whatever the price of precious metals is at this time, no matter how much is in the ground, that that is a fair way off, and there are significant milestones to cross before that comes about. I do not say targets will not be met, or surpassed, I don’t know, but may be in the minds of investors just now.

The options price will have had to be seen by as achievable, and though they will pay to exercise when they choose, without being an obvious give-away. Wyloo warrants, cashed up or not, will first come into the money at 10p.

And then you can look at the new options, which directors in theory will have to work for, and you come up with an 8.2p - 12p price bracket.

That last makes a lot of sense from a valuation perspective, coupled with Wyloo’s 8.2p ( a bit cheap, some might say ) what someone might actually pay, and Ggp would know where to pitch it.

It’s the ‘low’ price options for management, that though they may be supported at the time, can be the subject of dissent when they are quite reasonably exercised.

That’s got to be right. And my thoughts are on the next known event, the DTM, for it is from an inflow of cash from Havieron that Greatland’s development of other resources as time progresses will be supported.

I see the DTM as the most important event this year, with the rest paling into insignificance. Scarcely noise or distraction. Or trolling in my view.
