They can’t finalise the listing applications, for Aim and Asx, without the reorganisation vote for the new company to be listed. If reorganisation takes place, which I imagine it will, to make administration of the listings more efficient.

I only actually expected listing maybe by Christmas. If there is to be reorganisation to accompany it, I think likely, the vote on that will sensibly be first, in order for the application to apply for a new company listing to make sense. Listing authorities can run, enquiries, on drafts, I believe.

I tend to knock my own expectations on timing. It rarely goes as fast as we would like.

I accept that it may be simply that Ggp simply can’t tie down expectations from their partners, and are now apparently ‘putting things right.’

as far as i know there is only one ‘delay.’ the mre. whoever’s fault, it was a ****-up for pi’s, and as i see it with conversations between partners ggp shareholders could reasonably expect ggp to provide it.

no reason to believe ggp is not working through the rest under it’s own control.

So with Newcrest going on Newmont’s 9% ownership in Antipa, there just may be a vested interest in retaining Telfer for any future processing.

Save for what Newmont may decide to do sometime after they have control, some future events as known are slated to occur. It is uncomplicated for pi’s.

I include in that the potential on listing for a ‘modest’ raise, as mentioned in passing by Mr. Day as something that had or continued to be under consideration. In that context at the moment, if it occurs, I guess that it is foreseen as going to enhance the balance sheet for Hav development, and exploration.
