It’s perfectly plain Ggp is waiting on Newmont making decisions across their portfolio, which will include Hav and Telfer. And that Ggp will then react to those decisions, if need be.

In that context, it seems uncomplicated for Ggp shareholders until such time as Ggp go about the practical business of supporting any decisions they may make.

Otherwise business as usual for Newcrest, Newmont, and Greatland.

The header is misleading. It’s not that nobody is buying, simply in insufficient numbers.

Buys and sells, and what they show as? I ignore all that, for oft explained reasons.

To that extent, holding as I am now until events unfold. If they buy more, I shall try to get more at their price. Cash on one side. Puts some sort of strategy in place for me.

The idea is that the buys should exceed the sells, to drive the price up. . They are plainly not doing so.

The fact has to be faced that not enough people want these shares in sufficient numbers at the moment, nor have they for a while.

I seem to be at odds on the voting. I see a vote on reorganisation alone. Then Ggp goes on to court, publish prospectus and list, no vote.

I still think it would be half-baked to list in a new market without a to date prospectus including MRE. But there you go.

We’re waiting on a decision on reorganisation, and that vote if there is to be reorganisation, to move to court for scheme of arrangement before applications can be finalised for a new company listing on both exchanges.

I have chosen them as a benchmark to follow, if circumstances permit, a form of strategy, rather than ad-hoc ‘averaging down.’

I ignore, for my own purposes, their warrants exercisable at a higher price within a couple years to give them 9p average.

I only know what is published. I therefore am working from their 8.2p bank funding equity support, and will review as/when anything further becomes known.

Everyone will have different ideas. I shall wait on developments. I have pegged my own price at Wyloo’s, who I suspect will not be diluted, and with funds reserved, will continue on that basis, given opportunity.

I think that’s all irrelevant. On flagship Hav, Ggp has ‘simply’ to progress through the process to FS, DTM, without delay, see where we are then, and on to production.
