You could surely see something along those lines coming when the co-investment options were first issued. Could scarcely leave old Mr. Day with his 25p job, out on a limb from the others, and got to look after the CFO.

I don’t think the existing set-up can be stretching the abilities of the board. I don’t know, but wonder if the additional farm-in and JV with Rio, fully utilises their management abilities.

I would like to see Ggp take on the management of Hav/Telfer from Newmont, whilst exploring other opportunities, developing Ggp’s stature.

If you recall, one of the new staff was nominated to see Haviron ore into Telfer, in the RNSs somewhere, which we thought was indicative of taking a greater management role.

That’s been a thought since the new staff joined Ggp, thinking that could be behind things. Newcrest handing over management. I remember talking in those terms with poster Mark ( Hennessy?)

But most on here had bigger things in mind.
