I haven’t read it in a while, anybody doing so will, I think, see in general terns the tenet of my response to you.

I said before, Grant Samuels, seemed not to know quite what to make of it. Thought previous was inconsistent, maybe contradictory, from memory. They did the best they could. They appeared, to me, to lack conviction.

I wonder what that estimate, as a potential price discovery event, might say about the current Ggp share price. Seems to me, on valuation, it could be difficult to have it both ways?

It seems, I understand why, that mention of Telfer nowadays includes Havieron. You might think it deserving of mention by name sometimes, conversationally.

They’re financed on 30% @ 2mtpa, quite well to 3mtpa. Lenders will look at that. Of course they will.

It’s the time between now, and revenue that counts. And without a DFS, nobody knows about profits. Without taking into account potential debt payments, and for pi’s, the possible prospect of considerable dilution to support debt.

I know others will wish to have no regard to that.

Plus Telfer, I should have said. Thus the reason it’s said to be a job lot. Though I wonder when the JV can be said to finish, and with it the ROLR. I think for practical purposes, it depends what the DFS says, produced in the first instance by Newmont, who are required to do so under the JV.

News flow? It’s dealing with the LCA, without which the decline cannot restart.

DFS. The same. And without a DFS at this stage I can’t see how they can remortgage, easily, on additional funds for acquisiition(s) and capex on top of the promise they have, subject to DFS conditions.

Except a leap of faith, perhaps by insiders, with a long term view and a strategy.

And Telfer, the conundrum, according to view - derisking Havieron.

Always some sort of deal to be done though, or Newmont wouldn’t be looking to the players for one, for 70% plus Hav.

I just think it’s interesting, how it might pan out.

I admit, not a clue as most, where the sp might go, though chartists I think will see it the way it is.

Wickes, in my view, is far from being a duffer against the competi5ion.

My guess, like everyone’s doing, pain before gain. The project is all, longer term, sensibly, and for the directors.
