He’s now happy to buy again at 4.8, and 7.2. Apparently.

In 6 months going on 2 years or so, we shall begin to see what all this adds up to.

I have been content to speculate just now. In the same way as many did years ago.

In the meantime, and until gold is sold commercially, it is up to Telfer at current prices. Again, subject to whatever hedging is required.

Havieron is the ‘flagship’ asset.

Sideshows, other hits, are for the birds.

Havieron/Telfer will have to pay for exploration and the rest of it.

Forrests people negotiated 7.2 with Newmont to buy their shares. So he sees the benefit in that.

We’ll all be riding on Wyloo’s shirt tails in the future. ‘Supportive’ investors to running the show, more than before even.

I stuck with Wyloo at 8.2 til the price went against me. In again today.

Looking for Forrest to make a few bob. He will.

And Wyloo may yet stick a spanner in longer term. Not much doubt they’ll pick up shares from Newmont.

The Consideration Shares will be issued to Newmont on Acquisition Completion, valued at US$167.5 million for the purposes of the Acquisition based on the Placing Price.

The Company reserves the right to increase the size of the Placing and in the event that the size of the Placing is increased, the first US$83.75 million of additional Placing Proceeds will be paid to Newmont and the Consideration Shares will be reduced and any additional Placing Shares issued at Admission will result in a corresponding reduction in Consideration Shares issued at Readmission.

Call Option Deed which is expected to be entered into between Newmont NOL and Wyloo, pursuant to which 1,334,591,145 Consideration Shares will be subject to the Wyloo Option which gives Wyloo an option to acquire such Consideration Shares from Newmont at 7.2 pence per Consideration Share (equivalent to a 50% premium to the Placing Price) exercisable for four years from Readmission and a right of first refusal in respect of any Consideration Shares that Newmont NOL wishes to sell during the Option Term.

Actually, I now realise you were speaking of my Wyloo post specifically. Outcomes for them would alway have a silver lining, I agree.

Obviously. It’s why you held down to here in expectation.

It’s about long term.

But frankly, I don’t know why so many of you are particularly surprised, short term,those wanting to buy it all. Now you have it. The potential, perhaps likelihood, always existed. And it’s very probably not a bad deal at all, longer term. Quite cheap, really.

Old Wyloo sorted themselves. The ability to buy consideration shares off Newmont at 7.2, if they want.

That would be a separate event, and not directly connected to todays suspension, and the lifting thereof.

On my reading of AIM rules it goes on beyond the current suspension if a vote is passed for the RTO.

I am not fully conversant. But I believe at sone stage the listing will be terminated in its current form.

In line with what the RNS states:-

“Greatland would also be required to publish an admission document for re-admission to AIM.”

A technicality, dealt with swiftly.

You have to bear the old adage in mind. No gain without pain.

And then on to ASX listing.

I suppose there might be a clue on capex from here.
