It was plain most didn’t want to accept, in conversations before, what ‘accretive’ meant.

I bought in yesterday twice, again today, on the basis it will become so when Ggp sells a product.

I won’t talk to names. It’s not possible.

But I quickly came to take a view on the way this board operates.

Call Option Deed which is expected to be entered into between Newmont NOL and Wyloo, pursuant to which 1,334,591,145 Consideration Shares will be subject to the Wyloo Option which gives Wyloo an option to acquire such Consideration Shares from Newmont at 7.2 pence per Consideration Share (equivalent to a 50% premium to the Placing Price) exercisable for four years from Readmission and a right of first refusal in respect of any Consideration Shares that Newmont NOL wishes to sell during the Option Term.

Yes. On the face of it Newmont don’t particularly want to retain the shares. When the time is right for Forrest and Co, they can buy from Newmont at 7.2.

I’m thinking it will be Newmont out, Wyloo in. Or they wouldn’t have cut the side-deal.

Valuation on fundamentals can’t really come before 6 months going on 2 years or so, as I see it.

I don’t think anybody criticises the nature of the deal, objectives and so on, from the point of view of the Telfer/Havieron project, consolidation of operations. The project, success of operations and revenue over time comes first.

Some existing shareholders, pi’s, however, don’t want to pay for it in the way it was done, just now. I don’t blame them for that. New investors will find the set-up more attractive, as it matures.

By the way, I think there’s will be 13bn shares about, not 10bn, as per a header, prior to consolidation, if I’m reading it right.

I think that has possibly impacted progress - yet they are still dewatering. Anyway, after completion, Mr. Day can no longer revert to blaming a senior partner, though I don’t doubt that’s where it historically lay.

And I agree, Mr. Day has so far seemed less than transparent than pi’s would prefer, on the operational side.

It could be, I suppose, amounting to to a mix of financial and operational considerations.

Well, I guess they’d all want to know what’s in it, what’s coming out just now, perhaps just based on ‘the norm.’

There remains, operationally, much upon which to conjecture. On that, I rely upon Wyloo and so on pledging cash at this stage to get it over the line to revenue, from Telfer and subsequently, Havieron.

I take the view, though Mr. Day fans will disagree, Wyloo and their mob, cutting side deals with Newmont, are in the driving seat, more so now than before.

I didn’t expect the strength of the ‘opportunity’ either, 4.8p setting the low, I imagine. But it was always obvious there was a strong possibility of an entry point, better than what existed.

I never saw the prospect of it ‘rocketing’, on the 100%.
