Yes. He does his job, and ‘found’ Havieron. But on price, I’m suggesting don’t get carried away as pi’s, for the future. He had Ggpas win/win. In consequence of which he was oft quoted. But it didn’t help pi’s.

It may be great, but if you look at Baxter and his Ggp holdings. He ain’t bothered - just stays in, come what may. Loves his job I think. And loyal. On Ggp experience, no use at all to pi’s.
