You lie about a placing. Simple as that. You lie to spread FUD, regardless if it costs others money. Let’s not expect anything else from a trader.

Shares are going up and down and therefor go with it. First bought years back at 1.0p and they earned me 1,400% rise. Then like NewUncle I was recommending these beauties when they fell to 0.0075. It needs more cash to develop new supercaps with its partner. Much of its last placing monies is diminished. Another is being lined up as we speak. You can see it in the share price drop. I will be a purchaser. I love these shares . Why would I not if they bagged me over £50,000? Best shares on the market. And I have always said so. Nothing has changed. Its wise to lighten on a spike and re-purchase on a drop. Maybe you have another successful system? Would that be holding and not buying and selling on spikes and dips?”

The FCA won’t be interested. It a trader spreading FUD to make a profit. They are what they are. At least we know to ignore the cloaca in the future.

Profit is still in the distance. They will not have enough cash to take it to that point. Its not if a placing will take place but when?

Who says forward selling does not take place? The shares were suspended for that that reason when they announced the last placing.

Looks like forward selling is taking place atm. Lots of buys so shares are coming from somewhere. To me this looks like forward selling of shares not yet issued. Or the selling of borrowed shares. Same thing.

Cash is being used up fast and as profit is not coming until 2025 they will need more cash and this another placing. Ans as we know how placings work, we could be witnessing forward selling. Not if but when, that is the question. I love these shares but I have to be brutally honest and admit, a placing is being worked in order to reach profitability and do more research. And pay for a stronger board and more staff. Best to do it now while the share price is up.”

What about the placing that’s coming?

As I said, one minute this trader is saying HOLD!!! then it’s ‘there’s placing coming SELL!!!’.

But at least he’s honest about what he does. It’s all about timing and manipulation.

Wobble, why does a battery give a fixed current and voltage drop when connected to a resistor? Why does an exponential decay occur when a capacitor is connected to a resistor. Someone who can advise how an electronics company must develop has to know the answer to this.

I took your post to mean a placing is imminent. Within the next week or so. I agree the company will need to fund its long term growth plans, I don’t think that is going to happen within here and now. The reason I think that, and I obviously might be wrong, is the presence of Dr C on the board. I think this company will be moving it much bigger energy storage systems. This has been alluded to in the RNSs. I don’t think Dr C has been there long enough to start planning this, yet alone seek funding for it.

One minute a trader is telling us to hold, the next it’s sell up cos a placing is on the way. When nothing has fundamentally changed:

Still looking good for 15% - 20% movements either way. Very good for trading. Of course always a risk when you sell as news of an order could drop anytime and it jumps 100%

Just as well not sell all your shares but keep a good stake just in case.”

They’ve stated in previous RNSs they’re expanding their dealer network. This is part of that. Probably saving a RNS for big news.
