I agree with everything you say about experience and voting within the BoD.

Dr C has the highest personal holding of shares mentioned on the company’s own website. Not sure about the non public 20%. I suppose this gives him casting vote decision making ability if a vote is otherwise close.

My main point was Dr C hasn’t bought these to make a quick buck.

If Dr C sells a significant amount it will generate an RNS. The change in SP is nothing compared to that which is coming. I think he has a significant holding here to have power and influence within Cap xx, not to turn a quick profit.

There are a cluster of sells taking place at that time. They are all at a higher price. Someone has taken a hit on the offered so to sell that number of shares in one go. The good news is it didn’t unduly affect the sp going forward.
