As of today there are 3 possibilities:

1) Good news prior to / with relisting. SP rockets.

2) No or bad news prior to / with relisting. SP crashes.

3) It doesn’t relist.

No matter how much we argue, those are 3 possibilities. I want it to be 1.

* Relisting. The share is suspended out of the list of shares. When the suspension ends the share re-enters the list. Relisting is a reasonable way of describing this process.

FFS, please call a truce. PLEASE!! Affrm and Kong have different, equally valid opinions. It all depends on the prism through which you view the share and how you internally deal with risk and reward.

I’ve just had another look at the RNSs. Mr S Lunn seems to be a very serious player. And a director of numerous companies. So I’m pretty certain he sees potential wealth here. I’m a little less concerned now… as long as everything behind the scenes is being sorted.

“Presently, Mr. Lunn is currently a director of the following non-public listed companies; Lunbros Trust Ltd., GreenXXCorp Ltd., CFGH Management Limited, FHF Corporate Finance Limited, Petroquest Energy Ltd. and York Energy Ltd. In the previous five years, Mr. Lunn was on the board of RRR HoldCo Limited.

Mr Lunn is a director of Petroquest Energy Ltd that is a related party due to the loan agreement in place with Petroquest Energy as outlined in the last audited and published Full Year accounts.

Mr Lunn has related party shareholdings in the Company due to him being a director of FHF Corporate Finance Ltd (3,184,560 shares) and York Energy Ltd (500,000 shares). Mr Lunn also holds 1,404 shares in the Company in his own name.

There is no further information to be declared in accordance with LR 9.6.13.“

It’s a screen of red, yet no change in sp. WTF is happening in the background?

I thought it would drop straight to .11 and stay there after the RNS. I was surprised to see it climb to .13 - .14. Hence the question. I’m guessing it will open at .11, or lower if it’s preexisting mcap / total number of shares. But I’m not sure. The support of Dr C, Schurter, and the new funding has to add value?

Please don’t take this as FUD, argumentative, or anything like that. We know the total share amount will go from just under 3 billion shares to 5.5 billion shares in early December. And a significant cash injection of over £2.5 million and increase in sentiment and security for the company. How will the market value the company on the morning of the expanded stock? Is it the closing value of CPX the day before + £2.5 million/ 5.5 billion? Will the sp get marked down automatically and trading bring it back up? Basically is it sensible to buy more shares before the dilution?

Last year, when all otherwise okay, they filed accounts on 3rd November. It all depends what other records they’ve kept. If the bank details simply confirm other data, it shouldn’t take too long. If access to the bank records is the start of the process, then GoK how long we’ll wait. Worst case another 3 months?

I doubt enough has happened in the last week to justify another RNS, but more details on what has been already issued would be useful. Why didn’t Tom et al factor in the time it would take to formalize the handover to GV?

Just found this. Panasonic are partnering with Sila to make the next generation of lithium based batteries. Probably LNC, but no reason LFP cells couldn’t work as well. This tech increases charge density, massively increases speed of charging. Not detrimental to cell safety. It looks like it will revolutionize lithium batteries. And the company is in the USA…

Business is business. Personally I think it’s made a T/O from an American Pharma more likely. Possibly sooner as well.

America First will be the guiding light for all that Trump does. He hates the balance of payments deficit the US has with the EU and especially China. Pharmaceuticals are a big part of this. Import tariffs are going to be part of his planned attack. American Pharmaceuticals will want as many new drugs to be ‘home grown’ as possible. Though not specifically supported by Trump, Project 2025 wants the removal of control of drug pricing in the USA. Plenty of Trumps inner circle support this ‘Christian Right’ agenda. Pharma will get richer and poor much poorer. But that’s American healthcare.

Totally agree Project 2025 isn’t a Trump thing, and it hasn’t been endorsed by him. But a lot of his inner circle appear to be supportive of its agenda. Certainly the more extreme part of his base will agree with it. It’s going to be another rollercoaster!

Things are going to get interesting. We know Trump is sceptical about man made climate change. So we can expect a roll back on the green agenda. Good for oil, bad for lithium. But…

Musk is Trump’s new bestie. So he has to strike a balance in what he does. Certainly the threat of a 60% tariff on Chinese imports will add volatility to the use of lithium country by country. At present there is an over supply of lithium from a supply / demand point of view. This might correct in 2025.

So the question will be: will the USA slap tariffs on imported lithium? Will they want to protect and use ‘home grown’, or will Musk do everything he can to keep lithium cheap? Or both?? I think there will be a central pressure to use home mined lithium, where economically viable.

Looking at Project 2025, the ‘Christian Right’ want the USA to be self sufficient in energy, and a net exporter. Again good for oil and gas, also this should encourage grid stability and local storage of electricity. We’re possibly going to see huge investment in lithium based storage solutions.

It’s going to get very interesting.
