I doubt the audited accounts are complete and deliberately being withheld. The accountancy firm performing the audit will have time and date stamped the completed work. They will also be aware of any delaying tactics being used by the company being audited. The ongoing delay might simply because they have been started very late, and there’s a significant shortage of qualified accountants in the UK.

PPP have updated Companies House on 20th November to show DAL has resigned as a Director. No other updates showing.

FWIW: the last filing date for PPP’s accounts was 30th September 2024. They have till the end of March 2025 to submit accounts before the FCA start to take an interest. This starts with a “First Gazette” notification of intent to strike PPP of the register of companies. PPP have had this happen in the past. Providing PPP can show they are fully engaged with the accounting and auditing process, the threat is withdrawn.

Obviously, no one wants this dragging on till March, but there is no immediate threat of the company being wound up.

That’s fair comment. I was looking at it from a simplistic sp = mcap / total number of shares point of view. Because this is a significant dilution, I didn’t think they would all be able to be forward sold.

BUT:

That’s exactly what I’m thinking. We know a significant share dilution is imminent. Unless there is outstanding news released prior to the new listing, I can’t see a good reason to be buying now.

The company will not be forced into liquidation if the accounts are not filed within the 6 month timeframe. 6 months is the point at which the FCA start to take an enforcement interest. It starts with a notice in The London Gazette. The company can immediately challenge this by showing they are fully engaged with the preparation and auditing of the accounts.

A little consolidation after a 22% rise, on top of the significant earlier gains, isn’t a bad thing. Better than a spike and fall.

I know we don’t make batteries, but super caps are an integral part of these systems. If Tesla are moving into this area of grid balancing and stability, others will follow. Musk’s influence with Trump will make sure this tech gets taken up. The potential market for super capacitors, with the right tech, is huge. Just a thought.

The hype has massively outweighed the truth with cannabis derived products, especially in the UK. It has a place, but the home office restrictions severely restricts its market. Nothing IP protectable within the cannabinols / cannabinoids. You’re a brave investor putting money into this part of pharma.

With Musk having the President’s ear (until one of them decides the other is getting too much attention) I think there’s a huge future for Lithium in the US. Worldwide there’s a need to balance the supply and demand within electricity supply grids. Regardless of EV usage. Lithium batteries and supper capacitors are an essential part of this. No way will Tesla power walls and bigger derivatives be out of this market.

Trump might not care which method is used to make electricity, but he will care about it being cheap and supply guaranteed.
