I’m not sure how an EGM will help. Unless you want to remove a Director, which might well backfire. We don’t know how the market and partners will respond. Will this affect the credit worthiness of the company, or other KPIs that are part of contracts signed?

I honestly share your anger and frustration. As Kong asked, what is the agenda? Not as in a personal agenda, but agenda for the meeting. What exact outcome do you all wish to achieve?

Difficult to call tomorrow. Will we see some profit taking first thing? Or a wee spike and fallback? The traders will want their profits tbh.

Steve, save your money. Though I share your frustrations, I doubt a letter from a lawyer will get treated any differently to a letter from a shareholder. The company only has to provide information that is set out within the relevant legislation. Shareholders have surprisingly few rights. We can just wait and hope all is getting sorted behind the scenes.

If it becomes clear we’ve been shafted, a quick email to Louise Smyth at Companies House requesting / demanding an investigation and prosecution of the BoD under CA2006 s451 could be sent. A free way to feck over the BoD.

Please don’t take this as FUD, deramping, or anything like that. The potential here is huge, and achievable within a relatively short timeframe. My question is: how will the company pay for it? The interim results show:

“ Financial

· Total revenues of US$2.1m for the period (H1 2023: US$3.3m) reflect the significant decrease in the price of vanadium pentoxide between the two reporting periods.

· Overall loss for the period of US$3.99m (H1 2023: loss of US$1.53m).

· Cash balance of US$2.5m at the period end and US$1.1m as at 20 September 2024.”

Do people think a placing or further bond issue will be the chosen route? Obviously, certain posters like to use the threat of a placing simply to cause angst amongst shareholders. This is not my intention. The company’s own figures show they are going to need a financial support. If I’ve got this wrong, I apologize.

Once this is financed and built:

Affrm, that’s a very interesting piece of news. Requiring legal action to access that which belongs to the company? That needs more explanation to the shareholders.

A lack of adequate accountants has been given as a reason by a number of companies regarding late filing of accounts. Maybe it’s wishful thinking that this is the reason. Otherwise this stinks!
